The lady at the customer service desk was an absolute nightmare. I'm here on vacation and forgot to…read morepack lotion so I bought a bottle here that's fully sealed and ended up not needing it. It's seal is still 100% sealed but when I took it out of my bag she automatically says they won't accept it because it's open. She didn't even look at it! I told it it is not opened and she snatched the bottle out of my hand and continued to inspect the cap like her life depended on it. She asks for the receipt and I took out a few since I still had a few others in my bag so she decided to comment on every receipt of mine which was very unnecessary but I find the right one and hand it to her. She starts the refund and asks if I have the card that I initially used and I said yes, do I need to scan it. In the US, places like target do not need the card for the refund, the money goes back automatically. She responds with, again, a very unnecessary sound saying yes so I look at the receipt to see which cars I used and it was Apple Pay. She then proceeds to ask if I forgot my phone since it took me longer than .5 seconds to take it out. After the refund is complete she goes on a bit about the policy and whatnot which I fully understood but she seemed to think I didn't.

This, women's boutique however, might. In fact, probably does. You - or as is my habit, I - pop in at moment's notice before or after coffee and brunch at Woollahra (this is very convenient since the store is ((again)) very conveniently located on Queen St in between all the cafes and general brunch spots) and see what's around. There's JuicyBear clothing (not juicy, but comfy tops and tees) of which I have one from here, and other designer-y stuff from Theresa Rawsthorne and Gary Bigeni among a few others. There's also undergarments (not much and designer-kind again), jewelry and heels. A women's dream, yes, but you won't always find something at Ruby&Min. Which is why you need to intermittently pop-in. Another reason to do so is because bargains exist here. There are two changing rooms at the back (with mirrors!) and the ladies working here are genuinely really nice and genuinely really helpful.

Kate, the owner is also really lovely to chat to while browsing. I love this boutique in Queen Street.
