Absolutely the worst front office experience I have ever had. We were referred to this practice by our pediatricians office. After being treated rudely they asked us to leave. I made sure of this so they wouldn't charge us for a missed visit. I don't know who David Lee is and for SURE won't as We never got beyond the distasteful rude person in the front office. read more

I have not had a chance to work with Dr. Lee, but his staff here is utterly unprofessional! I have literally been arguing back-and-forth with these people for months because they are trying to tell me where I live as if it's illegal to own different homes in different states! I set up a consultation to meet with the doctor as I travel a lot for work and I'm a very busy woman. His staff called me back today for the FOURTH time trying to decline my surgery because they cannot fathom that I have more than one address! I actually own a home in Mesa, Arizona, a Home in California, and a Home in Chicago. A month ago a nurse called me and asked me which home I'd like to use as my mailing address and I gave her my California home. She said that is perfectly fine. She explained to me as long as I understood that I have to stay at my Mesa home for three months. I said that is fine. I made arrangements to do so as I am self-employed. I also let her know she was like the third person to call me and tell this to me so I was fine with it. Then I get a call today from his staff basically declining my surgery because they don't believe I live in Arizona lol! Comical!!! At this point, I don't even want to go to this office. I hope Dr. Lee is not allowing his staff to decline his patients care. I'm sorry, but they are not qualified to do that. I'll be going to another doctor to spend my money. I was paying cash for my surgery I'll take my dollars elsewhere...smh Oh, and let me add that I had to call the phone back about five times because they would not allow me to leave a message to speak directly with Dr. Lee. She told me she was going to call the police on me comical lol! Was she should've done was say "I'm sorry that you are upset, but I will pass this message onto Dr. Lee" that's the professional thing to do! This office is a joke. I was there because the other doctor in his office had taken an ingrown toenail out a couple of months ago. The toe was still very sore when I put a closed toe shoe on. Anything that touched it made it hurt. Dr. Lee tooked at the toe and was telling me things about. He appeared to be annoyed by me asking questions. He told me to get a second opinion, and, when I told him I was going to do that, and that I would not be back to his practice, he stood in the door as if to not allow me to leave the office. I told him to NOT BLOCK THE DOOR when I am trying to leave. He told me I was not welcome back into his practice and said I became aggressive. I told him I would not be back and I said I understood why there were so many bad reviews. read more

Extremely bad experience! I have had numbing, partial parylsis and muscle loss in my feet for several years. Seen several doctors to no avail. I went to Dr Lee and was ask several questions by the nurse that took me back as reason for visit. not one question about bone issues or injuries to my feet. Which there were none. My issues are neurological and lack of muscle strength. She came back in and said we need x-rays. Then the doctor came in and we talked and he wants to send me to a neurologist. Not one word was mentioned about the x-rays, good bad or indifferent. Nor was I asked if I had ever had x-rays by Dr Lee or the nurse (the answer would have been yes and in the last six months and they were no issues.) I had to pay $340 before leaving and the billing person was fairly pushy about paying it right then and how much I could pay. I paid the full amount and will never return to Dr Lee's office. In my opinion it is a scam. Take a bunch of x-rays without any question on if I had any taken recently, why they were need or what the results were. I knew my condition was neurological, but I am new to Arizona and needed a doctor to refer me to one. Dr. Lee is an excellent podiatrist! His staff works diligently at providing all of needs whether its reschduling your appt to even making provisions to have you seen immediately in severe cases. This great team/office deserves 5-stars on merit, excellent customer service and simply because they are genuine people who care which comes rare these days!! Dr Lee may be a competent or even very good podiatrist but dealing with his office is unbearable. I called for an appointment and would have had a better call with. Zombie. No personality, no interest in my problem, just interested in how the bill can be paid. What a shame that medical care has stooped so low. Terrible! Would not treat a child that is in constant pain! We were less than ten minutes late and was told Dr. Lee had no time to see my child who has been waiting for months. Explained it was not possible for me to be there any earlier as I am a single mom and cannot risk my job and we had already drove more than a half hour to be there. Despite this, Staff rudely suggested we reschedule months away at an even earlier time. Made my daughter feel like it was her fault. It became obvious that Dr. Lee and his Staff do not care about helping a suffering child. read more

I spend almost my entire day standing or walking on hard floors, and over the years from a combination of wearing shoes that were more "cute than comfortable", and putting off what needed to be taken care of; I found myself miserable halfway through my shift from the pain in my feet. I avoided surgery for probably longer than would have been optimal, and I am by FAR no angel of a patient--although I was very motivated to get back up to speed and OUT of the BOOT. Dr. Lee and his staff fixed my problem in a patient, professional and pleasant manner. It should speak volumes when Dr. Lee is so often the choice of surgeon by the healthcare staff who see many different doctors at work in their own facilities. I am grateful for his care and the kindness of his office ladies. read more

Dr. Lee is magnificent! My children were complaining of heel/ankle pain. He evaluated both my kids, turns out they needed orthotics & stretching to help with their problem. 4 months later, I have NO complaints from my kids. Not a great experience here, went in for toe pain they did an x-ray and an exam and said they're not sure it might be blah blah blah, had me schedule another appointment where they did an ultrasound and then said it was fractured and basically healed at this point and to come back again for another check up to make sure it is healed properly. On my second visit when the doctor came into the room he didn't even say a word to me just stood there reading information on his laptop then finally looked up and said oh hi. I wish they would have told me that my insurance was not covering these costs, the two visits together ended up costing me over $450 for nothing.
