Unclear where the miscommunication happened... Regardless the woman at the front desk could not care less that this 91-year-old woman came out in the heat on a walker. Never even inquired as to what the need may have been, to try to fit her into the schedule today since she was present in the office. To do much in life is an effort for someone of that age. He came in, told me there is nothing wrong with your feet. He recommended New Balance shoes. There is a NB store across street. The 10% off coupon helped a lot. The shoes have basically taken care of the pain. He also wrote a prescription for physical therapy for a month. I didn't go because my feet at much better.
