Worst experience ever. I hired Daniel Larijani to re-financing the mortgage for my house a few…read moreyears ago and I was told the transaction is completed. All fees including closing out my previous mortgage were paid. I sold the house this year and I hired another law firm for the transaction. The lawyers found out the Larijai Law firm forgot to release my old mortgage from the title. When I called Daniel Larijani, he said this is not his responsibility and he is willing to do me a favor !! if I pay a $80 fee for releasing the title !!!!!, despite I had paid the fee a few years ago. When I denied to pay the fee and argue, he tried to humiliate me by saying why am I concerned about only $80. This is ridiculous. I ended up paying the fee myself as I had no time and it would have made more damage. I never recommend this firm to anyone. They may have done a good job for other people but he was a real idiot in my case.
