I had tried to do this online through the DMV website multiple times, but ran into issues, so I decided to go in person. The staff at AAA were incredibly helpful and efficient. From the moment I walked in, they made the process smooth and easy. The team quickly assisted me with the paperwork, and the whole thing was done in no time. I appreciated how friendly and professional everyone was. As for the value, I thought the service was reasonably priced, especially considering I didn't have to deal with the DMV website glitches or long wait times. Came back at 2pm and was told that there was no one to help me because the person they were expecting, had an emergency. In my opinion their agents and staff should all be up to par and trained to do what needs to be done. Now I'm wasting my time and money not being helped and told to come back tomorrow. My grandfather and I have been with the brokerage for a long time, and they have never done this. It's very unprofessional and now has an unsatisfactory mark with me. Contemplating switching somewhere else for help.
