Brandi listened to our unique preferences and responded to us very quickly throughout the entire process. Despite our low end budget, I feel like we got VIP treatment. Brandi made the home buying experience as painless as possible by scheduling inspections and quotes for us, making helpful recommendations, and walking us through the process without ever making us feel inferior for our inexperience. She has a super approachable demeaner, friendly, positive, and acts like nothing is ever a big deal, which can be reassuring through the nerve wracking process of the largest purchase of your life! When it came down to a bidding war Brandi really came through for us. She negotiated skillfully, advised us on our options, and always left it totally up to us, with genuinely zero pressure to increase our budget or close the sale. Beware of unscrupulous business practice's. I was working with one of their agents, (Denny…read more Blair) on a bank owned property. I was prepared to make an offer the first day I spoke with Mr. Blair, but was encouraged by him not to bid until I had seen the property the following week. I immediately booked travel for the following week and emailed Mr. Blair of my plans to meet with him that next Wednesday. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me, he used my interest in the property to persuade other potential buyers to make offers prior to my arrival. Then he Did NOT have the professionalism or common courtesy to inform me that he had done so. I wouldn't have a problem with the fact that he used me to heat up the price or even get more bids, but then the agent left me out of the bidding process all together. I only found out his deception the day i was booked and checked in, to fly up, meet with him, review the property and place a bid. I don't know if this was approved by the owner, but he was copied on my later correspondence with his agent. I would use caution or play it safe and choose another reality company all together.

We call the office and explain our situation, we are in Florida, we are moving to the West Coast, meaning "site unseen" They tell us to go ahead and fill out applications (of course they say that, thats what they all say, cause all they want is that fee) After 2 grueling weeks of "this house or that house" we pick a complete dump, thinking, we should be able to get into this one...its cheap, affordable we make plenty of money lets do this one. We tell the company we want the dumpy house. The next day I call her and she seems absolutely mortified over our credit! and said to us "I would NEVER rent to anyone "site unseen!" REALLY!? Why did we have to send you 2 application fees when you KNEW we were in Florida!!?? I can understand the credit issues, I am at 550. I mean, I don't deserve to be treated like a damn criminal!! She made it sound like we murdered babies!! BE WARNED if you are moving cross country, they will take advantage of you, tell you houses are available when they are not, they will tell you a house takes pets, when it does not. They will also try and rent you a house that is up for sale and not even MENTION that. Another wasted week with another useless company On the bright side..i have ONE utility bill on my credit I was not aware of for $100, which I am paying now. =)
