There are many things to say about this office. State Farm has done well by us. each claim has been handled in a timely manner. When you have a question or concern you can actually talk to a human rather than an automated phone system. you don't have to take pictures yourself and send them in. This agent's office has a drive through window for elderly or handicapped or people running errands with their kids. Sometimes you just don't want to get out of the car. This new agent has added more personnel so less wait time to talk with someone. It is a friendly hometown feeling in that office. They have new and ever changing programs and deals.
