Things that have changed since my last review 1) Credit and debit cards ONLY. It use to be cash only but that has changed. 2) Drive up to the first building to pay. You pay the guy from the window. They don't ask a lot of questions, so if you work for the mob, great place to dispose of.......well, you know what I am talking about. After paying, you backup to the dump spot and throw your garbage in to the dumpsters below. Watch out for nails and crap that can give you a flat tire. They take about anything, furniture, mattresses, whatever. The sign at the entrance has the rules. See my picture of it. Metal items, tires, appliances and such go into different dumpsters and trailers. It is a different section but probably only 50 yards from the main area.

If you are just bringing household bagged trash you can drive in and turn right where the dumpsters are. The dumpsters are organized for bagged trash, recyclables, and cardboard. Drive up and throw your items into the dumpster. If you want to discard other acceptable items, pull up to the window to check in and get weighed. Then pull around to the back to dump items. Throw items on the ground in the drop off building rather than in the open pit. The items will be pushed into the pit regularly by staff. This area is dirty so wear appropriate shoes and clothing. Be mindful where you step. When finished, drive back to the scale and pay. There is only one way in and out over the scale so be mindful of other drivers. We dumped a trailer full of items and it cost $30. They accept card. The employees working the window are friendly and efficient. Overall, we have had positive experiences here and continue to utilize this center as needed.

Apparently, I had taken a load some time ago and forgot to stop by the office for payment. They put the payment in an envelope and held it for me. I picked it up after work and packed some items for my trip. Everything was super fresh and beautifully folded. Even with the rush job, it was under $35 for a week's clothes. This was a great experience, and I look forward to returning when I need a quick wash and fold.

At Woshbox the staff were friendly, they had a small candy bowl which made me feel valued as a customer, and they seemed organized and dedicated to quality work. I loved their transparency of prices online and they had very competitive prices. For my first visit I took a few suit jackets and they were ready in a couple days and were perfectly cleaned and with their online system it was clearly communicated when they were clean. I liked that the machines were arranged by size, with the larger ones up front and smaller ones in the back--this made everything really easy to navigate. There was plenty of seating, plus vending machines for both laundry supplies and snacks. They even had a children's area with coloring books, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch. The employee I interacted with was very friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain how everything worked. I did two loads of laundry for about $7 and was in and out in around an hour. Honestly, I'd come back just to wash bigger items like comforters since my own machines always struggle with bedding. Definitely a great first laundromat experience!
