    My key fob was worn out. There was a recall on them so I took them in. I was told that I would get a separate key and fob. Not ideal but at least the fob would be replaced. Waited for almost 4 hours in the waiting room only to get two new keys and my old broken fobs back. AND...all they did was cut the keys off the fob. The keys themselves were never the problem. Now I have two things to carry in my pocket. I was told I could get a replacement fob at my own expense. Over $100 for just one! I went to Amazon and ordered 2 for $20 with shipping. In far less time I spent sitting in the waiting area, I will be able to fix them myself. I was told "yeah, about 99 percent of all people pass on the recall. Well,.I would have too if it had been explained correctly to me in the first place. And NO! It was NOT explained as the dealership claims. They basically implied I either didn't listen or was not capable of understanding what the final outcome would have been.

    Really good experience with this dealership as an out of state buyer from CA. I bought a used 2011 camaro from these guys and drove it over 1200 miles from home in less than a 24 hour period after picking it up lol. So it passed the reliability test and I made it home safely. My salesman Kirk was a great guy and easy to deal with in person and over the phone. Ryan the finance manager was a pleasure to deal with. Everything went smooth and I have never been in and out of the dealership so fast before. (we did get the financing done before I arrived fyi.) Just minus a star because the car was missing a Tonneau cover which supposedly came with the option package of the car, which was also on the window display as an option. It helps to have this cover with the top down. It's a $1000 part and they were not willing to give me a little discount on it or replace it.

But ... - after diagnostics I needed a Catalytic converter. Replacement for a 2015 GM subcompact cost $2,000 - Cost aside, I had to bring the vehicle back 3 times in the following 20 days because emission related errors kept popping up - most frustration was that one error was related to a new beak/gap in my exhaust piping (not there or seen during repair) I don't know how good they are with other repairs but I would look elsewhere for emission related issue.

They put in parts that fail so you have to come back here. I had the have gaskets replaced, they did it and they failed. When I went back they said yes they failed but the gasket cover failed and quoted me $400 and free labor. I needed a part installed, backtail light that they tried to order but ordered the wrong part after I waited an hour for the it. I ordered the correct part and asked if they could install it and I'd pay for labor. They quoted $175.00. When the car was done I thought $575 with tax, nope...$789. I said nope, but they said it is what it is. Long story short, this POS called my company I worked for to complain I hurt his feelings. You don't have to believe me but I work for an automotive company and this is not the place you want to bring your car.

    I brought my car to BG Auto / Loveland and feel that I was scammed. My dealer had mentioned that I…read moreneeded to replace the rear brakes, so I called BG Auto to ask for another estimate. They told me I needed to bring the car in for an inspection, which I did. They said they perform a full inspection, and after a few hours, they gave me a report stating that, in addition to the rear brakes, it was "urgently needed" with a red exclamation icon to replace the water pump/alternator belts. The person at the front desk, XXXX was very impatient to have me decide whether I would ask them a service or not at the spot. They attached a photo and claimed the belts had cracks and damage, but the photo was unclear. Since I don't know much about cars, I agreed to the replacement. After the service was completed and I paid, I noticed the receipt said "serpentine belts replaced," which alarmed me because I had replaced the serpentine belt just the previous month. I didn't realize that the water pump belt is referred to as the serpentine belt. I went back to question them, and XXXX at the shop showed me the old belts. Of course they looked almost new (one completely IS new) and had no visible cracks or damage. I told him, "You replaced the belt that I had just replaced last month." XXXX responded by just saying, "Sorry, it looked damaged," but did not provide a satisfactory explanation. After this experience, I had my battery--which they had diagnosed as "weak"--checked at another shop. The technician there told me the battery was fine and did not need to be replaced. This experience felt like a complete rip-off. I will not return to this shop. If you are not knowledgeable about cars, be very very cautious, and always ask for another opinion at another shop(s). Based on my experience, they may recommend unnecessary repairs.

    I've been meaning to leave this review since December 2025, but initially I just figured I just…read morewouldn't go back and moved on. But I just got my truck back from a trusted mechanic and it reminded me exactly why I need to say something. I used to trust this shop back when it was Integrity Tire. Since EAS Auto took over, the entire feel of the place has changed. The first time I brought my truck in after the ownership change, they tried to sell me over $2,000 worth of repairs, including replacing the head gaskets, in addition to a new serpentine belt "with obvious cracking" on a truck with only 70k miles. That immediately raised red flags because a couple months prior I had the truck inspected by a highly reputable mechanic, and the only things they found were brakes and transfer case fluid. Still, I second-guessed myself because EAS acted so confident and pushy about the repairs. Fast forward to now: I just had the truck looked over AGAIN by a trusted mechanic and specifically told them to check for ANYTHING that needed attention. Their answer? Rear brake pads and an oil change. That's it. So if I would've blindly listened to EAS Auto, I could have been out thousands of dollars for repairs that apparently were never needed. What really bothered me was that the same lady at the front counter who handled my visit was also the one pushing repairs on the young girl sitting there while I waited. She carried herself like there was absolutely no chance she could be wrong and talked with the confidence of someone presenting catastrophic issues that needed immediate attention. Maybe some of the repairs were legitimate, maybe not, but the sales pressure and certainty behind it felt exactly like what they did to me. The difference is I was comfortable saying, "No, I'll have my mechanic look at it." The honesty and trust that Integrity Tire used to have feels completely gone. I won't be back, and I'd strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving expensive repairs here.
