They even had to add topsoil in the contract and still don't care that they stole my hard-earned money and didn't give me what was promised or what was written on the contract. They also was supposed to add a fungal treatment and a moisture management treatment after the installation of the sod and the rep who was the project manager didnt even have a clue that was on the contract. Apparently the project manager doesn't even get a copy of the contract. I posted this review because I don't want them to take advantage of anyone else like they have done me. They simply don't care about the homeowner getting a great job, they only care about getting the money and getting out of their. Do not trust these guys... They could care less that I spent $5,000 with them and they were absolutely suppose to add topsoil 1st or that the grass all died in about a 2 week span. Bad people

On…read moreMarch 12th I handed the owner a final check for the work complete after we went over the system and agreed on adjustments and a few minor things. The owner collected final payment from me in March 2025 and never returned to do my start up or anything. Both owners have abandoned the job. Literally just cut off communication & never showed. Come to find out if he does not have a plumbers license, certificates or anything. When the county inspector came out he locked the backflow out to where the system can't be used due to the wrong backflow used and below ground. The picture of the popup is what frustrates me the most, he flat out lied to me stating that he tied my downspout popup into the drain. He just covered it up with dirt! Now I have hired someone else to finish the job. I DO NOT recommend this company, they (husband & wife) both lie, makes excuses and shotty work. Beware of so-called contractors that don't have the proper certificates, licenses etc. Also after posting this review, he had the audacity to send me a text threatening me he would file a criminal complaint of harassment on reviews. I'm just telling the truth.

I had a drainage issue when it rained. Nelson's landscaping quickly resurfaced my front yard for efficient drainage. They are not the cheapest landscaping company but they certainly do what they say they are going to do and in a timely manner. I have not had landscaping services yet, so I cannot give recommendation to that service. I have seen pictures of their hardscaping and it is very nice. I am about to contact them for landscaping and will update this review if I use them for this service.

While I was standing outside my car talking to a friend, one of their workers came from behind the car next to mine and blew grass clippings directly into our faces, into my open car, and all over my dashboard, floor, door panels, clothes, shoes, and hair. We were yelling and waving our hands to get his attention, but he didn't stop right away. When he finally saw us, he just turned around and walked off -- no apology, no acknowledgment. I called the McDonald's right away and was given the landscaping company's contact info. I spoke to a woman who said she'd pass the message to a supervisor, but no one ever followed up. Totally unprofessional behavior and even worse customer service. If you care about courtesy and respect, I wouldn't recommend this company for any kind of work.
