No call back. I'd been your patient for 7 years. And then I finally arrived, albeit late, and you refused to see me. After 7 years, this is what my loyalty means to you. No flexibility. You didn't even ask why I was late. You offered to allow me to reschedule, but I was already downstairs in your reception room. I'm hurt. A 7-year relationship so quickly dismissed. I was asking for any favours, just a bit of compassion. I won't be rescheduling. My teeth deserve better. read more
