Finally got our packet and our taxes done, was told we were all set and would see the tax refund in our account within 2-4 weeks. Time went by and nothing... we called for an update and they told us "oh we forgot to have you sign something".......frustrating. We signed the document and got the refund within days but should have had it sooner. They just sent us our bill, we called to discuss it and nobody answered. Left voicemails and still have not heard back. Overall, they seem disorganized and the communication is not great.

There have been mistakes during the last few years, and documentation going "missing" after it was received. This year they failed to file our returns, or file an extension. No response to calls, no updates. Beyond unethical, disorganized, and incompetent. Do not recommend.

My tax return has gone missing due to information being input incorrectly during the e-file process and not one word from DFI after months of investigating and speaking with the IRS and state of Michigan directly. If there was an error, a person should own it. What an immature and extremely suspicious response to just "ghost" your loyal client. I would absolutely recommending going ANYWHERE but here.

After I retired, we moved to Battle Creek where our main credit union is NOT located so we opened another account at Kellogg. At the time we opened the account, they had a great rate on CDs so we invested in one. So now we use both Kellogg and our original credit union. Kellogg has always been very professional and courteous to us every time we go there. We are very impressed with all the staff at Kellogg on B Drive North!
