I included a picture because it really tells the story: about 12 feet of severely clogged lines connected to old lead piping, along with years of poor maintenance from the previous owners. Before calling Clearwater, I contacted four different plumbers. Their initial service-call cost was one of the more affordable options, and Tyler was able to respond the same day. Once the larger problem was discovered, he gave me a very reasonable quote and then took care of what turned out to be a giant mess. As if that wasn't enough, shortly afterward I discovered a third, completely unrelated leak. Tyler was once again able to respond the same day and took care of that problem for next to nothing. Clearwater Plumbing is a local mom-and-pop business, and my experience with them has been excellent. Tyler has been friendly, responsive, reasonably priced, and, most importantly, everything he has repaired has stayed fixed. After three separate problems and three good experiences, I decided Tyler is my plumber for Topeka.
