Sue is always quick to respond to phone or email, and answers any questions with a smile. She knows my needs and preferences, and we check in annually to make sure my coverage is both adequate, and to make sure I'm taking advantage of any savings available. Allstate's Milewise auto insurance product has particularly saved us a lot of money as we started driving less. Everybody's needs are different, so your mileage may vary. I've occasionally shopped around as anybody should with insurance, but I keep coming back to Sue and Allstate.

The contingencies were removed 7 days before close, on a Friday. leaving 5 days to get the title search done and docs ready. Because my bank account that had the purchase funds was hacked on Monday night, I asked Lora if I could get the HUD in order to wire the money on Tuesday (4 days before close). She had them ready in 30 minutes! Then the seller's docs were sent to the wrong city by DHL, so closing was postponed 3 days. Suddenly the docs show up on the original closing day around 1 pm. Lora got it all done and recorded the same afternoon! That was like running a sprint! And Lora was gracious through all of it, while not missing a beat in closing many other properties. Can't get better than this.
