Sadly, my experience renting a property managed by Supriya Mirchandani was the most difficult…read morerental management experience I have had in over 20 years of renting in both Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
From the beginning, the property was not delivered in a clean or move-in-ready condition. When I moved in, I found roach droppings, live roaches, food left in the refrigerator, and personal items left behind in cabinets, including retainers and marijuana. The yard was also full of leaves and debris despite move-in charges connected to cleaning and landscaping. I had to spend my own money to deep clean the home, clean up the yard, and address pest issues just to make the property reasonably livable.
What made the situation worse was the way my concerns were handled. When I reported the move-in condition and other issues, Supriya Mirchandani was defensive, dismissive, and at times rude. Instead of professionally addressing legitimate concerns, I often felt like I was being treated as the problem for documenting pre-existing conditions and asking for repairs.
During my tenancy, I repeatedly reported maintenance issues in writing, including pest problems, leaking faucets, a kitchen sink that would not properly drain unless the garbage disposal was turned on, a dishwasher that left standing water, irrigation problems, uneven and loud air conditioning, and a persistent sewage-like odor and moisture issue in the primary shower area. Although vendors were sometimes sent out, many issues required repeated follow-up and some were never properly resolved.
One issue that especially stood out was the sewage-like odor in the primary shower area. After I reported it, I was told at one point that I should run the shower every day to prevent the odor. I travel frequently for work, and that response completely missed the point. A plumbing or maintenance issue should be properly fixed, not blamed on the tenant's schedule or lifestyle.
I also had repeated problems with the way utility reimbursements and payment fees were handled. I asked for straightforward information so I could avoid unnecessary extra charges, but instead the process became more confusing and more frustrating than it needed to be.
The overall pattern I experienced was that repairs were delayed, concerns were minimized, and communication often felt combative rather than professional. On more than one occasion, the message I got was essentially that if I was unhappy, I could leave. That is not how a tenant should be treated for raising legitimate habitability and maintenance concerns.
Because of my experience, I filed a complaint with the Nevada Real Estate Division on May 27th, 2026. I did not make that decision lightly. I also later came across Comfort's review on this same page describing very similar issues, which made my experience even more concerning.
I am writing this review simply to document my experience honestly for other renters. I have maintained long-term residences, strong professional relationships, and a solid rental history for many years. I have never dealt with a property manager as difficult and unprofessional as Supriya Mirchandani.
Yelp also limits the number of photos that can be uploaded, and I have many more photos and supporting documentation than I was able to include here. I have reviewed over 90 businesses on Yelp, and most of my reviews are positive. I have been an active Yelp reviewer for years and consistently leave honest, detailed reviews based on my actual experiences. Anyone can view my profile and review history and evaluate the consistency and credibility of my reviews for themselves.
I would strongly encourage prospective tenants and property owners to do their homework, read all reviews carefully, and pay close attention to the dates and overall consistency of those reviews before working with Supriya Mirchandani or M Realty.
