We had an issue with this company which is a company we have used for years and have always paid on…read moretime and in full every month. I told them once, and again yesterday, that their employees were using a weed whacker to cut our lawn. Now, our yard is a small city-sized yard but not small enough to necessitate using a weed whacker. In fact before we starting using them we always used a lawn mower. Our issue was that when they use a weed whacker it doesn't cut the lawn fully and within a few days it was back to the length it was when they "cut it" with the weed whacker. They also, consistently moved bins around to get in our back gate and never put them back. Today I received a response to my last complaint and the response was , "...moving forward please find a new lawn service." Again, we are long-time customers and paid timely and in full and this is the way they correct this issue. Not by correcting their problem and make long-time customers happy but to basically drop them. This is a very, very poor way to handle a business. We are very dissatisfied.

We were very excited about what we heard from Mike, so we hired them. We were given a time frame that they would start, but it ended up being several months later. That winter was an extremely cold one. No problem! We also agreed that they would take down the leaning part of the fence right away. They did not do that. As a result, we received a violation notice from the city. Mike was nice enough to contact the city and let them know we had hired them and came and took down the leaning part. Fast forward a few months later, they finally get the fence up. Shortly thereafter there was an issue. We were told we have a 7 year warranty, so we called them. After multiple calls, they came out and fixed it. Great! Currently, one of my gates is literally falling apart. So, of course we reached out to Mike again. My husband initially reached out to Mike at the beginning of last year. He told my husband, they were behind again because of the weather, but they would take care of us. Great! No problem! Quite a bit of time passed so we started reaching out to Mike again. We texted and called all of last year and have not received any kind of response. I don't typically do reviews, but to be completely non-responsive is not ok. Unfortunately, they do not honor their word, so we will have to find another company to fix our fence.
