Fortunately, they have been repairing the faulty work at no cost to me. EDIT: As of today (July 24), a fourth filling has fallen out. All the faulty work was done by Dr. Kakish, and all the work was done late last year and early this year. Again, avoid Dr. Kakish if you go to FLD.

I let them know that I have a child home with me, and they literally put me on hold to see if it was alright, then came back on, and even though they called me for that day- told me to stick to the original date. I had to actually convince them to let me book a cleaning. Good hygenist, very caring. When it came time to book for the gum treatment, they wanteed $150 just to meet with the dentist. This is not to get any gum recession work done, but - they cancelled the appt. for next week which included a dentist, so wanting to bill me for two separate visits didn't seem right. Not a solid first experience.

Well that was a mistake, had to go in on Wednesday as it's there only day open to times for people who work. Was at the appointment for almost 2 hours because the dentist kept leaving the room. Missed freezing my tooth 3 times (third needle she jammed into the bone of my jaw) so 40 minutes of drilling an unfrozen tooth. Than leaves the room again after she drills it for another 30 minutes (keep in mind there's an open hole in my tooth during this time). Also the hygienist squirted me multiple times on the arms and chest and multiple times forgot to turn on the suction while working on my mouth. Absolute travesty of a dentist. Strongly recommend avoiding!

We came from a dentist who found 13 holes in my teeth (I visit a dentist usually every 6 months) to Dr. Ford who found one. Even though I knew the other dentist was scamming for money Dr. Ford would still not say anything bad about the dentist. He won't waste your time or money. We have insurance and he'll still choose a course of treatment that's comfortable for you. He believes that you shouldn't touch teeth unnecessarily. His team is amazing with my kids. I came in once and they had their stuffed animals with them. When I came back again a month later they all remembered the stuffed animals names and made the kids feel so comfortable and important. Even though dr. Ford is a no nonsense kind of guy my kids love him (and my son is afraid of most things). They pretend to be him during play. We couldn't have found a more honest, sincere group of people. I would never go to see another dentist.

Not as reliable as when I initially went. Recent cleaning was not thorough. When I called they…read moresaid come in and let dentist take a look. He said it wasnt plaque, that it was calcium build up with a glass like covering over it (it was definitely plaque). I have concerns whether the hygienists are college grads. Earlier he offered to do a reline of my dentures, doing a small amount and telling me to come back for any adjustment and he would fix and take care of it all. When I came back for a minor adjustment (made necessary by his work), he didnt want to know. He also did an expensive root canal that he said may or may not pay off. I realized after working with my periodontist a short time later that the tooth had to come out due to structural reasons. These reasons would have been apparent at the time of the root canal, especially as a dental cat scan and xrays made this clear.
