I saw a Baume & Mercier Classima on the website I liked so I emailed them some questions about it. They never replied to any of my questions. So after a couple of weeks I stopped by their store and asked if I could see the watch. They said the watch was at their Ft Worth store but they would be happy to bring it in and call me when it arrived. They said it would be there in two weeks and they would call when it arrived. I thought two weeks to ship a watch from Texas to Kansas was a really long time , however I really like the watch and wanted to see it so I gave them my name and cell number to call when it arrived. I waited the two weeks and saw the watch is still on their website so I called them and asked if it was in. The clerk I spoke too said he remembered talking to me about the watch but it was not in yet. I asked him how much longer before it's in and he said two weeks. I pointed out that I have already been waiting two weeks for the watch to arrive and this new delay will make it a month. I asked if I could be sooner than two weeks and he said he would try to get it sooner. I asked him If he still had my contact information and he said he lost it and asked for it again. It was clear to me they never ordered the watch in and I was waiting foolishly for two weeks. I guess you have to be a watch lover to understand how it feels to find a watch you really like. These guys don't care about that at all and their customer service is horrible. I'm just giving a heads up on they way I was treated and the way you can be treated as well.
