I would say that the matcha is quite expensive but I could tell that it is high quality which makes up for it. I spent about $24 for 2 of the large sized matcha lattes. They're only open starting in the evenings and going until midnight. Small shop and you have to wait for them to prepare your dessert with a buzzer and they will call you when they finish. I would come back if I was in the area and craving dessert and a heartbeat.

Despite being jampacked, as it often is, there was a good supply of the pastries we sought. New to the mix, is their version of a tiramisu. It is off the charts! The pastry chef is truly an artist. The soy milk was also not bad, that we toke home and enjoyed the following day. Will definitely find a chance to re-visit in the future!

The staff can sometimes be grumpy I agree. But the soy puddings and soy milk is better taste and cost wise than what I can get back in NYC so I'm willing to suffer.
