From the moment Lisandra answered the phone, she was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. She never sounded rushed or irritated, and she actually listened to what I was saying. Sadly, that's becoming rare in healthcare these days. She made me feel heard and was able to get me in quickly without making me feel like I was an inconvenience. Anneliese was just as impressive. She came in prepared, asked all the right questions, listened carefully to my concerns, and got me exactly what I needed. The entire visit was efficient. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, but I never felt rushed. I felt cared for. Healthcare workers have been under an incredible amount of pressure, and I know burnout is real. Because of that, exceptional patient service deserves to be recognized. Today's experience was a breath of fresh air and reminded me what compassionate, professional healthcare should feel like. Phone hold times are insane, the portal is very cumbersome and constantly glitches out, which basically amounts to a very difficult time accessing care. Most recently, I was told I would have to wait 3-5 days for a response on my request to fill an emergency medication for my child -- an order that I was told would be filled during her in person appointment. Meanwhile, I made an appointment at a new office the next day and got a Rx right away. Believe the reviews and find another practice if you can. They just changed their name of their practice (without announcing that to existing patients) -- trying to escape their bad reputation??

So I called at 8 and told them my struggles and the lady said they open at 7:30 and only have one number. How do you open at 7:30 but I'm scheduled earlier? Extremely unorganized and I refused to reschedule. I only was going here because of my new insurance. I will pay more out of pocket to go back to my regular doctor if I have to.
