Great good, great views. On the procure side but that's expected. Great service! We came here twice during our one week vacation. The Ube mochi pancakes were FIRE

I can only speak to the Marriott Bonvoy Elite complimentary breakfast options. I think the selection is actually very good and doesn't force you to upgrade to a decent meal like many other properties in the Marriott portfolio. I thought the made-to-order omelette station was absolutely the best part of the breakfast buffet offering and the fresh fruit was also great. Staff are always pleasant and the coffee is surprisingly delicious.

This hotel breakfast spot in the lobby of the Sheraton has the best damn breakfast on the island hands down. What a shocker. We tried nearly every item on the menu and their food was superb. So why the lousy reviews in the past? I suspect (1) this is the pandemic menu with only take out options and (2) they must've changed chefs or management bc this place was out of this world. You must try the mochi pancakes. So delicious. Fluffy and crisp on the outside. Sweet. Very unique. For healthy eaters, the papaya yogurt parfait and the oatmeal are excellent. I also thought the breakfast burrito with Portuguese sausage was to die for. Open from 7-11 am. They let you grab the take out boxes and eat at the restaurant or seats near the front. Also can get a number of coffee options. For the caffeine addict try the red eye americano - instead of hot water they use coffee.

Very very good. We had it delivered to our room so we didn't have a chance to sit in the restaurant itself. But the food was amazing. I highly recommend the Benny with the Kalua Pork it is to die for. My wife got the Avocado toast and loved it as well. Highly recommend giving this place a shot if you're in the area!

Breakfast was great and the view was lovely. There were three of us and we split a fruit plate, chicken and waffles (highly recommend), and the loco moco.

We tried two other breakfast places in the Kapaa area and this one is the best by a mile!!!

Great option for breakfast during your stay! They have a buffet or you can order à la carte. We ordered the loco moco and the avocado toast, both were flavorful and ample portion size. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices are what you expect from a large resort on Kauai. There are views of the sunrise if you are there early enough.

I have enjoyed breakfast here each morning. Shanlynn, the hostess does an exceptional job and we appreciated the care she took with us! Our server today, Melody, also was great.

We stayed at the Sheraton Coconut Beach Resort and ate here 2x, it was so good! Each time we got something different to share- Açaí Bowl is large and so delicious, Egg white frittata is filled with mushrooms and spinach and has such great flavor, Avocado Toast did not disappoint and Sunrise breakfast is great basic but the Bacon is the best I've ever had! We can't forget the mimosas- get the passion fruit!!!

Just WOW. The food is perfection here and totally unexpected for a hotel cafe. We gobbled down our Avocado toast (one of the best!) With a refreshing side salad, Ube pancakes, and Papaya yogurt parfait. Everything was delicious, filling, fresh, and presented beautifully. Get here early for outdoor seating! Free parking at the Sheraton, open 6am-11am.

Glad we decided to go here for breakfast. The mochi ube pancake is so delicious. I ate every bite of it. My husband had the egg and meat plate with potatoes and the serving is huge. Not sure how he was able to eat them all. But the best plate we think was the loco moco. Forget the beef patty, but the gravy all over the rice was so good!! We passed that plate around. And the waiter, Brian, gave us wonderful service.

This place totally surprised me! Being a breakfast place in a hotel, I really did not expect much, but it was mind blowing. My favorite out here was the papaya parfait. We had that every single day. The acai bowl was good too. Also loved their avocado toast. Service was good, but its slow. Overall food place for breakfast.

We ate all 3 meals for the rest of our time here trying almost everything on the menu and it did not disappoint. Our servers were amazing. The food is pricy anywhere you go on Kaua'i so I can't complain about portion sizing and price however the portion sizes were great! Don't come to Kauai expecting anything to be cheap, down to an apple. It's a cute restaurant inside the property of the Marriott Vacation Beach Club right next to the pool so the landscape was of course beautiful. I would 100% recommend. I also have an extremely picky 13yr old eater and he loved not only his food but mine and my husband's food which was a shocker.

She had no idea what was on the menu and accused us of making up menu items. She disappeared constantly. I wouldn't recommend KuKui's when there are so many excellent restaurants nearby.

I was impressed. I thought the performers were awesome, especially the fire dancers. Just really awesome and the dancers were enthusiastic which made for a better performance. I thought the audio was a bit off. The volume was crazy loud to fill the huge tent but it was hard to hear the individual voices of the narrators. So maybe something to boost the midrange a bit in the balance of the sound system or whatever. I'm not a sound engineer. So if you're visiting Kauai and are looking for a lu'au, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kalamaku. I think you'll have a good time.

I feel like if this is your first luau, it's worth the price, but I would not pay the same amount to attend a second time. They have a pretty good variety, and number of vendors stationed in their outdoor area. The items sold range from sweets, to jewelry, to little knick-knacks. It's a pretty good selection of things for people looking to buy gifts to bring back home. The ambiance is very lively and enjoyable however at times it felt a little too lively since there were a good amount of kids running around. It would've been fantastic if there existed the option to attend a child-free luau. How enjoyable the event is would also depend on where people are seated. People on the outskirts of the stage would have a harder time being able to listen and watch the show, while people closer to the stage would have an amazing time. My party got to have both experiences since we were initially seated on the outskirts and were brought closer to the center. It really upgraded the experience. The food was pretty hit or miss. Some of it was pretty good, specially for the catering style service, while other dishes were less than average. The drink options weren't the best. If you've a sweet tooth the open bar would be fantastic, though, as all their options were definitely on the sweet side. It would be nice to be able to opt out of the open bar, or have more options for those that want less sugar with their alcohol. Between all the good and the bad, I think this totals out to a very average luau experience. 3/5
