I was really excited to get my nails done when I walked in. There wasn't very much people so I got…read moreseated right away. It's took about four minutes for them to come do my nails so not too long. They started doing my nails, and It was a little bit sketchy they did not put nude under my nails and so I can still see my real nail. $60 was not worth it. He was super rough with my nails, digging his fingernails into my skin while painting it and telling me I was too tense. And the girl next to me got the same thing and it was only $50 for her. Overall, it was OK I might come back. The colors are really pretty. The shaping was really good. I will try to come back to have a better experience

So first of all we had two elderly gentlemen doing our pedicures. No big deal except for a couple…read moreof things: First, for whatever reason the hot stone massage consisted of them holding the whole stones in the palm of their hands and 'massaging' our shins with the very tips of the stones. You could barely feel them. Strike 1. Second, I don't understand why, but they decided to file our nails 'after' painting them. The result was paint that appeared chipped or worn off on the edges (see attached photos). Strike 2. Last but not least, they completely forgot the parafin wax. While we were having manicures done, other employees quickly rushed over with the plastic bags of parafin and crawled under the manicure tables to place our feet in the bags. It was awkward and out of order. Very disappointed!! Strike 3. In addition to fingernail tips popping off randomly over the past two weeks, not likely to have pedicures again.

I absolutely love going into Dermistique and seeing Jillian. She is phenomenal at what she does…read more She is kind, detail oriented and always provides excellent after care service and advice. I see her for their Brazilian waxing services and can't say enough wonderful things. It isn't the funnest treatment but with Jillian it is as painless as possible. Also, the spa feel and cleanliness are A+.

If you are looking for a professional, quality experience, book with Dermistique. Easy to find with…read moreplenty of safe parking and estheticians who are fully trained and conscientious. My "usual" is a facial followed by a pedicure. First visit for a facial, you'll spend some time discussing your skin care routine, any issues &/or problems you have and what outcome you'd like. Services are discussed with you and what is done is your decision (so no hidden add-ons like other places). I've used the same esthetician so she has become familiar with my skin & its changes through the seasons. There is no "hard sell" for purchases here & no "blaming" you for not spending $100's on products they have available. This speaks very highly the Staff understand not everyone that walks in will need any or all their products. (I do use their Hydropeptide cleanser.) Pedicures there are a dream for me: no "razor egg" files (like at Mall & Walmart), just warm foot soak, light acid treatment (I have tough corns on my feet), lotion massaged into feet, ankles & calves, followed by base, 2 coats polish & topcoat for pedicure. Very rarely does polish rub/wear off even after three weeks. I have never had a bad or unpleasant experience at Dermistique's in my many visits. I think if you'll try any of their services, you'll come back: they're not as "cheap" as the quick places (broken out skin &/or pedicures that come off in a week), but I have received many compliments on how great my skin looks. I bet you will, too, if you give Dermistique a try.
