I don't normally leave reviews, but after the 2 hour waste of my time yesterday I feel I need to. I was referred here, and provided MRI paperwork showing physical issues going on in my joints. Other records were sent over as well. My appointment was made last week. I arrived to it yesterday and checked in. After 1 hour and 45 minutes plus hearing and watching someone check in after me AND get called back, I asked if I had been forgotten. Another 15 minute wait and someone came out, pulled me into the main lobby outside of the office to tell me Dr. Hanna Badreddine decides yesterday that she would be refusing to see me due to a fibromyalgia evaluation being on my referral. Despite the referral and MRI stating I was there for arthropathy and other physical issues. No one bothered to let me know, and she couldn't be bothered to see me until I asked what was up. I'm not sure who I'm more frustrated with the office or her. read more

I was referred by my Dr and couldn't get an appointment for 5 months and In that 5 months hD to have surgery and couldn't make the appointment. Just tried to make a new appointment and was told No - not ever . Not so great customer service and Not allowed to give an explanation - My review is a O - so moving on to get the critical care I need - WOW read more

I was told I would receive a phone call scheduling an appointment to find out if i have lupus. I ended up having to call myself instead. While on the phone with them making an appointment i made sure to let them know that I have a very bad memory, and asked if i would get an email with information about the appointment. I was told I would receive a packet in the mail, they don't do emails. Okay that's a bit old school but alright. By the time I was off the phone I had already forgotten what day it was set for, but knowing that I would get a packet of paperwork that contained the date I said, well that's okay I'll just wait for the paperwork. Went about my life, trying to get through my days while trying to buy a house, and being very ill. I suddenly realized that I really should've gotten the paperwork by now, and called back. I was told the person I needed to speak with had already left for the day. Call back next day, I am transfered to a woman who should not work in any customer service capacity. She was immediately aggressive, dismissive, and just plain rude while telling me since I no call no showed my appointment, I will never be able to see any doctor in their office. Never ever. I let her know I never got the paperwork. She said I did receive a phonecall and that a message was left, I never got it and I have my phone with me at all times in case of health emergencies. This was such an upsetting experience and I do not recommend the office to anyone, ever. read more
