Wow, I'm surprised these guys even have 3 stars. I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. Large product ordered from a store was shipped by freight delivery through Dayton. We were waiting on this product for a remodel. I ordered this specific item because I was told it would arrive on a Thursday. It was delayed until Friday...then Monday...then Tuesday. I was then told by Dayton customer service it would definitely arrive Tuesday between 10am and 1pm. It showed up at 4pm on Tuesday, causing huge delays to my remodel. Customer service really didn't give a sh#$. THEN, the item showed up damaged. The only semi-positive is that the delivery guy was nice and helpful. Not honest about delivery arrangements. Schedule, then delivery does not occur and then told the next day, which has come and gone.

I was expecting big load of stuff coming to my shop and this lady Linda called me to verify the address and delivery times. She was extremely rude and acted unprofessional on the phone. I couldn't believe she was talking to me this way. She even called me names. I wasn't sure at first what delivery she was talking about and she was really pissed off that I asked her questions. This is my business' preferred carrier. The people out of there are always friendly and never miss a pickup or delivery we need. Items are handled with care and we don't get damages like we do with some of the other carriers. read more

Very pleased with this company! Linda was polite and helpful--no name calling and definitely not rude. A small straight truck was sent to my home to deliver my auto body parts. The driver was respectful and placed my package in my garage. Awesome! Will recommend to anybody. :-) read more
