Cool store with a big selection. Only thing I don't care for is being followed around the store. I totally understand, some people steal. I went there for the first time yesterday and I would give it five stars if the items weren't a bit overpriced. I'm form NYC so I'm used to high prices but even for me it was on the high end. Saying this the store is wonderful. It has great selection, huge library and you can find some very unique pieces there. I've read previous reviews about "bed vibes" and poor customer service so I was a bit skeptical but I was greeted very friendly by two ladies. They told me a bit about the store and about other services that they offer at this location- very appropriate and not pushy at all. Both ladies were professional, kind and knowledgeable. Happy to see this place. I drove pass it while going to visit Dancing Avocado kitchen around the corner on Beach. Apparently it's been open for about 2 months now. It really is a big space with a lot of books actually. Fiction, non fiction, self help, in addition to classics, romance and any thing else you can imagine! Crystals, stones, music, angels, incense, jewelery and everything else might expect to find at a metaphysics store is also available as well. I especially like the items directed towards Daytona--the angels on motorcycles and meditations and books for motorcyclists. I have visited several meta physic stores now, and this one seems to have a lot of children's books and games which I find really cool. You can get readings here as well. Ethereal eye candy to behold for spiritual, metaphysical, or yoga inclined people. I could spend hours here. Linda and Karyn were very personable and answered every question I had. Incredible semi precious gem stone collection. The illuminated selenite and Himalayan salt crystals were my favorite items. I plan to buy a giant selenite piece when I can. read more

Really good selection of used books - with 3 good-sized rooms packed from top to bottom in every nook you can see. I could spend hours sifting through the stacks, but I can also usually find something interesting that I want to buy within 5 minutes, too. Good, large, well spaced out - and somehow, they are all still organized and easy to browse and sift through. Categorized enough that you're in the neighborhood if you are looking for something fairly specific. Beyond that I must say I feel this is really well curated for a used book collection (that means it's not junk.) Prices average around $5. I'm always here about the books - but they also have some pretty cool jewelry, and random odds and ends of the metaphysical, astrological, incense burning, hippie nature. It's cool...the customer service is friendly, and as involved or uninvolved as you want it to be. Driving into Daytona a few days ago and I came across this store. I immediately noticed a sign advertising aura readings. I always wanted an aura reading, so I checked it out online, the website stated it was $35 so I decided to head on over. The store reminds me of the book store from the Craft. Witchy, filled with books and stones and talismans. Very colorful. Smells very good, earthy. The gentleman that did my reading was so warm and polite. We chatted for a bit before my aura reading. Afterwards I headed to the cash register, where I was told I could leave my aura report to focus more on shopping. Not even a few seconds after heading to the merchandise, the same gentleman politely suggested I leave my purse with him behind the register as well. For a few seconds, I really became offended. But then....as I walked out into the floor where the merchandise was located, there were signs EVERYWHERE saying "STEALING IS BAD KARMA!" It kind of made me feel better to know he wasn't profiling me, it's just an issue amongst this area. This store has an amazing, vast selection of books; Christian, Buddhist, you name it. There is a TREMENDOUS stone collection here ranging from really small to really big. I purchased an moon goddess altar cloth, a small sage bundle, dried lavender, dried Moroccan rose petals and a moon goddess velvet bag. My total including my aura reading came to $74 . The female behind the counter was giving off and very apprehensive, negative, unpleasant energy. She was closely watching another customer and their teenage son walk around. The only reason I did NOT give it 5 stars is because the gentleman did not review my aura report with me. He just handed it to me, nothing more, nothing less. This place is AMAZING! They have the BEST collection of crystals in Daytona! Their used book store has over 50,000 titles! While their prices are (sometimes) high, the quality of their crystals and woo are great. There is an Animal Communicator that works there named Deb. She did a reading for me and my little girl chihuahua a while back, and it was so on point. I am so glad that I was able to understand a bit about what my sweet dog was trying to communicate to me. The prices here are extraordinarily high and the quality mediocre. I wound up paying almost $70 for less than 7 items, but that wasn't the worse part. I visited this shop yesterday and with my family since we're on vacation . Initially the vibe was okay. We pursued for a few moments just taking it in. There was only one female clerk with brown hair that was super nice. After about five minutes suddenly there were five more employees that were following us. At first I didn't think much of it, but after about fifteen minutes the vibe changed. The brown haired lady was still super cool but all the others were not. I started feeling sick from all the negativity that was being given off. I had to urge my daughter to hurry up a select what she wanted so we could leave as the energy was just stifling. I have never in my life wanted to get out of somewhere so badly. They do offer psychic readings but I wouldn't encourage you to waste your money. The energy that was coming off the two that were touted to be their readers was dismally disappointing. If you want healing this is not the place for you. read more

They hit you with a push for an aura reading or cards depending on who's available. I used to go into this store often and I wouldn't spend less than $50 each visit because their book and healing crystal selection is just amazing. I don't go into the store as often now because of the older female employee who is almost always there. Unfortunately she is rude and gives off bad vibes. My boyfriend and I were interested in purchasing some singing bowls and wanted to test them out with the permission of the male employee. As my boyfriend started to play the one we wanted to purchase, she told us to stop playing it because she doesn't like hearing them. It was bad customer service and she was very rude about it. It's disappointing because I loved that store so much but I choose to keep my energy away from low vibrational beings. Went here to buy sage and was sorely disappointed. The bought two different kinds of sage sticks and they were each about $18. I didn't realize it at first but both were all stems so neither sticks smoked well at all. I ended up buying better and cheaper sage in Orlando. The people there don't give off the best vibes, I wouldn't want to do any kinds of readings there. They do have a lot of books, trinkets, and other cool things though. I bought a piece from this "metaphysical healing store" There's nothing "healing" about this place. I bought a beautiful moldavite necklace. 4 weeks after Purchase the stone fell out of the setting. I went to exchange it. I was given the run-around on whome to speak with. Finally getting a hold of the business manager. He told me no refunds and no exchanges. Also very rude. Waiting for me to say something he could use against me to give explanation of why he would not help me. I spent $250 on this piece. I used part of my stimulus to purchase this item. I can not afford to buy another one. Never ever will I step another foot in this store. shop elsewhere. Go to DeLand. She is an Awsome beautiful woman and lightworker. On my way to St. Augustine I saw the billboard for the shop and decided to stop. The book store is located in a cultured part of town with a selection of different shops surrounding it. Once I arrived I was greeted by three friendly faces that were there to answer any questions I had in reference to any and everything In the shop. The shop had a wide selection of stones and used books that were in great condition. I purchased a used book on medicinal health, two stones and a bracelet and spent 80+ so yes, they're on the more expensive side. read more

This place is a joke in relation to psychic readings. The two that where there were definitely not any kind of psychic. I went for a reading and the psychic basically just explained what each card was. Not in relation to me but just what they mean. I stopped and asked when this was gonna be about me and he said when the little angel spoke to him. I was guessing after I had racked up several minutes. So at the 15 min mark ($40) And NO information related to me, I realized it was just a scam to get money, I stopped this encounter and politely left. But had to pay for that nonsense! I've been to this store several times. The most recent was on a trip to Daytona Beach for my birthday. I wanted a reading and decided to have an astrological chart done as well as having a reading ... both a little pricey, but it was my birthday present to myself. As I was there a couple of hours total, I had the opportunity to simply watch the comings and goings. An older woman seemed to be giving off a really negative vibe and I could see she was insisting that the other staff members hover and watch everything closely. I later learned she's in charge ... I've seen her before ... the same negative vibe then as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my readings and the 2 people who provided them were WONDERFUL and very accurate. I just didn't like the way the older lady interacted with them or other shoppers. My co-worker, who was with me on this trip, really wanted a singing bowl. The first person to assist her in learning more was wonderful. The older lady, not so much. My friend decided not to purchase because of this ... and she had the cash with her and would have gladly spent it. Maybe next time we'll go a little farther and just visit Cassadaga. read more

If I could give this zero stars, I would. This was the second time in 2 years that my family and I have visited this store. The first time was in 2017 at the end of our vacation and the staff were very helpful and informative. This summer (again...at the end of our vacation) I was in with my family. One of the clerks made it painfully obvious that she was following me around whenever I was looking in another area of the store that my family wasn't in and when I went back to them she went back behind the counter. This happened several times that day while we were in there...following me around like I was about to lift something. While I can appreciate the fact that they may have been stolen from in the past, this was like a neon sign over my head. The clerk could not have made it any more obvious even if she were announcing over a loud speaker. Me and my family will never spend another dime in that store again. read more

Its so close to my church and we come here after church or after the farmers market. So grateful for stores like this that truly keep it interesting.
