Here is an advertisement circular that is delivered with Winn Dixie and Publix sale circulars days after the sales started during the week. Winn Dixie sales start on Wednesday and Publix on Thursday. The circular is delivered on Friday. If you're going to kill trees the least you can do is deliver them on time. In this day and age most of what is available within the circulars including Pennysaver is on the internet. No trees are killed on the internet. read more

I have tried numerous times to contact the pennysaver to request its waste of paper, useless , publication stop littering my driveway. Listed numbers are disconnected, website doesn't work and yet it still keeps showing up. Ugh! read more

I gave Pennysaver a 1-star rating because I couldn't go lower. My specific concern is Flagler Pennysaver, which I believe is under the Daytona Pennysaver and/or News-Journal umbrella. Ultimately, I think the Gannett corporation is atop the whole steaming pile.. Anyway, I have been trying to get them to stop throwing their papers into my yard for about two months now, to no avail. They can't be reached. I called local law enforcement, but they were unable to help. I'm not sure why that is. I also called Gannett, but was unable to speak to a person. I never asked for this paper to be delivered. It just started happening. Maybe I'll get lucky and it will just stop. read more

I can't seem to stop them from piling up newspapers in my driveway. I try to leave them there. Currently there's at least eight molding newspapers yet they still continue to throw another one. I wish we could all get together and march over there if there's even an office at that address. Does anyone know? I'm also thinking about a cease and desist letter, lol what kind of bastard does this for years and years? I was able to cancel the Flagler Pennysaver delivery today. I called the number on the top right corner of the first page (TO ADVERTISE IN THIS SPOT PLEASE CALL 866.858.0569). It goes to the Daytona News Journal. Select option 5 - Cancel Subscription. Tell the customer support person to stop delivery. She took my address and said it would stop. We shall see if it does. read more

I have been trying to talk to somebody at Daytona Pennysaver about stopping delivery of their trash paper. Some people may like Pennysaver but for me it's just trash thrown in my driveway. I've tried numerous times calling the 2 different phone number listed in the paper and both #s dare disconnected. So I drove over to the address listed - 454 S Yonge St. (US1). It is a very nice building but that's where the nice ends. I was there at 3 PM - normal business hours on a Monday. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot. I tried several different entrances and all were locked up tight with no buzzers or any means of talking to a person inside. I give up. Pennysaver is obviously not interested in taking care of customers. read more

My husband and I run a business and have advertised with Pennysaver and News Journal for years. At both of these places, it used to be that you could speak with an actual flesh-and-blood person about your needs. About a year ago, the two merged and now operations seems outsourced. Since May, I paid our last bill in full and have left messages and emails about cancelling our accounts with them since we have had more work than we could keep up with and needed to reduce advertising spending. I've been trying to get ahold of ANYONE from News Journal, Pennysaver, and their collections agency to dispute bills they have continued to send showing continued advertising, despite my messages. I LITERALLY CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE. I did email their collections agency stating my case AGAIN and telling them I'm not paying these unfair bills. Guess that got their attention, because someone from the agency left us a message after working hours, and I tried to call them back this morning. Couldn't get ahold of anyone AGAIN! Do not--I repeat--DO NOT advertise with News Journal/Pennysaver! You will never be able to close accounts with them, and they will ignore your calls and continue your accounts and keep sending you bills from their collections agency. So very corrupt! read more

This company has the worst customer service ever. If I could give them a minus star rating I would. You call them about a charge they made to your credit card without your permission and they never return your call. I have had to make 5 phone calls and 3 text messages for them to refund me my money and cancel the ad like I told them to do at the end of August and now I have to wait 2 weeks for them to send me a check. read more
