I got acrylic nails and a pedicure for $122 this past October 29th. My middle finger and ring finger nails on my right hand broke within 10 days - they fixed them for free since it was within their 10 day policy. Over the next few days after that, my nails on my index finger on my right hand and my nails on my middle finger, index finger and thumb on my left hand broke so I couldn't get them fixed for free since it was past their 10 day policy. Acrylic nails are supposed to last at least 2 weeks so it was frustrating that a lot of my nails broke within less than 2 weeks especially since I paid a lot of money for them read more

Couldn't recommend this place more! Though I live half an hour from this nail salon, it is definitely worth the commute- it is my absolutely favorite nail salon! This family owned business is very warm and welcoming, the owners are just so sweet. The salon is very clean and tidy! They gave recommendations based on what I envisioned, and what I loved most was that my manicurist, Cindy, made sure that every nail was even and symmetrical. She was just super kind and helpful and really funny. She made the entire experience very memorable. I also had some issues with my toenails, and she meticulously worked on it to make it look a lot better and provided excellent foot care. Horrible horrible horrible!!! She hides her lack of knowledge about doing nails by being over hospitable. I went in because my nails were growing and I wanted the extension taken out and just do a gel mani but then she convinced me to just get it filled in with acrylics. Then she used nail filing drill and over filed it. I even asked her if it is suppose to be filled like that and she told me, "Don't worry. I will fix it". And, since it was my first time, I believed her and now my nails are separated and it is breaking off at the middle. It has been a couple of month and my nails are still damaged and painful. I used to love this place but I cannot recommend anymore. I watched the nail tech use the same exact tools on the next person she used on me without washing- didn't even change out the towel at the manicure station. Then for my pedicure she cut my heel and when I said there's blood on the towel she said no there's nothing. And I said no there's a cut on my heel and she just said "oh." Then she was supposed to fix my botched manicure and instead took another client and ignored my ask for fixing my nails and made me look like the bad guy. I just said forget it and didn't have her fix the bubbles in the gel manicure that were forming. I didn't even want her touching me with dirty tools anymore anyways. Really disappointing. read more

These ladies do nails and eyebrows very well. When I wrote my previous review I only wanted to be serviced by 2 of the ladies. Since then I've noticed the other ladies have really improved with their skills and I now feel comfortable going to everyone. They discontinued the use of razors which is unfortunate. I think some law was recently passed that forbids them in nail salons. read more

Based on Yelp reviews, I tried Dazzling Nails this weekend. I hadn't had a real pedicure since last autumn, so my feet really needed help. The shop was pleasant to be in. The art on the walls was contemporary and nice to look at. The big TV was on but dialed down to quiet. The chairs were comfortable and the footrests flipped up so I didn't have to work to suspend my legs in mid-air to get my heels scrubbed (LOVE this chair feature). There were three pedicures and at least two manicures going on, but the shop must be well-ventilated because the chemical fumes were only faint. There were up-to-date magazines EVERYWHERE. The nail polish was also everywhere -- multiple bottles were on the little tables between the pedicure chairs and on the cash register counter. With so many customers, maybe the nail technicians hadn't had time to put the polish bottles away? The racks of nail polish had a fair selection. A young woman (V?) took care of my feet. She did an okay job. he did not cut me (points for that!), but the scrubbing that my heels really needed never went past a few half-hearted passes with the blue scrubber. V offered to use a razor (no, thank you). She worked at my grungy big toes but didn't use the sharp tools with any seeming confidence or deft skill. I'm used to having a sharp tool painlessly run along the sides of my big toenails to get out any dirt or ingrown stuff, leaving them feeling fresh and super-clean. V just barely went over the sides of each big toenail. Again, she didn't hurt me, so that was good. The nail polish looks okay, although it went on super-thick on two nails. One overly-thickly-polished nail completely smeared even after six rounds under the dryer; the other is weirdly and visibly built-up. And I'm used to the polish covering the cut tips of my big toenails so that the white of the nail is not visible, but that did not happen. My nails look better now than when I walked in there and I didn't get hurt, so I'll try this place again. Next time, I'll ask for a more thorough scrubbing and a smoother polishing. read more

I don't know where to even begin with this one. The first sign should have been that they only offer 7 colors of SNS. As soon as she started, I could tell something was wrong -- she didn't know which bottle to use as the base coat. Then, she proceeded to apply my entire dip with top coat and topped it with a clunky gel topcoat. The coloring, texture and finish of my nails is a disaster. I called back and politely asked to work something out with them. The owner agreed to give me a full refund in exchange for her removing my nails -- fair enough. I got to the salon to remove my nails and she proceeded to hand me half of the amount she owed me. I told her that I was willing to wait if she would be able to refund the full amount, so she gave me the entire 35 back. Then, when I asked about the wait, she told me it would be an hour and a half to soak my nails off. I told her that would be far too long as I had another commitment, and asked if there was any way to squeeze me in since we had already agreed on the soak off. Instead, she proceeded to scream at me in front of 5 other customers. I wasn't going to leave a poor Yelp review in return for her generous refund until she started screaming at me. Friendly staff and a great gel mani! Karen (the owner's daughter) did my nails. She was sweet and chatty in a genuine way. While it was a quick mani (30 mins in and out), no corners were cut. Shape and length were discussed, nails trimmed and filed, cuticles treated, and it ended with a massage. I think my nails turned out perfectly and I enjoyed my experience overall! The staff here is incredibly nice, so I wish my final result turned out better. I opted for a spa pedicure, which was definitely relaxing except for the scent of strong chemicals while they were doing someone's manicure. Unfortunately, my toenails look very messy -- they are uneven, the edges are ragged, and you can see the white edge of the nail, which should be covered by polish. The cuticles are also ragged and leave something to be desired. I will be going to another salon ASAP to get this pedicure fixed. Steer clear unless you have very low standards. read more

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a salon. I would give this review 0 stars if that was an option. I was at dazzling nail care yesterday with the hopes of getting a dip gel manicure, which is an expensive service to begin with. 3 hours later I left without a manicure and ruined nails. After they initially did the dip gel and then ruined several fingers they tried to fix it several times and finally when they could not they had the audacity to ask I pay the 50$ for a ruined manicure. Finally we agreed I would not but would have to take off the gel there. So finally after wasting 3:30 I left. If you ever go here at your own risk DO NOT get dip gel. read more

My friend recommended me to come here since we live down the street I have been going to another nail salon for 7 years but when I called them for a fill and nail replacement they told me my girl was away and no idea when she'd be back I was so mad that I decided on a new place. I've been on on a pedicure kick the past few months - just feel like my feet have been needing the extra attention lately. I'm sure it's just because it's summer and I'm wearing more sandals and hard shoes - or even just going bare foot on the beach or around the pool. I've never really had a go-to place and so I started checking out a couple of different salons near where i live. My search is over. Based on yelp reviews, I decided to give Daisy a try. I called ahead today and requested her specifically since everyone raved about how meticulous and attentive she is. She did an impeccable job and lived up to expectations. The heels of my feet are softer than they've been in a long time. And my toe nails look great too. I went for the full mani/pedi experience and am really happy with then entire experience. I highly recommend Daisy and will definitely go back. And to be honest, I felt like all of the ladies in the salon were working equally as hard and were spending just as much time with their customers. They even seemed to know the names of some customers - so it's clear they have their regulars. which is a good sign. It was busy - all four pedi chairs were full when i left. I'm very picky when it comes to nail salons. It's so bad that I've built commitment issues because of this lol. The ladies at Dazzling Nail Care take such great care of me every time I go in there and I'm always beyond pleased with the outcome. They've convinced me fully that gel nails are waaaaay better than a regular manicure. I don't think I'll ever go back to the standard manicure. Their Manis and Pedis last at the minimum 2-3 weeks before you see any wear and tear.
