I got a small refund after fighting for it and was also told I would get a 10 by 10 canvas for a photo of our choosing. The company stopped replying about that. Pretty much you can go with ANY other Photo Booth company and get better service because there's absolutely no reason to go with this company. They can't deliver on anything they promise and for an event like a wedding, I would 200% go with a more trustworthy company. Just fyi the photobooth also broke down for a short time too during the wedding. I so regret choosing them! Danielle, Janine, Lindo, Anna at this company are jokes of employees. Their email also got hacked and I got phishing emails. They knew about it and didn't even bother contacting their clients about it to warn them. Scam of a company.

We booked Clearly the Best Photo Booths for our May 30, 2015 wedding. We were attracted to this…read morecompany after seeing them at a Bridal Expo because they allowed you to give a copy of the photo to each guest and they seemed reasonably priced. Our venue informed us later (after explaining why the A/C wasn't working) that the photo booth had set up where they were not supposed to and blew a fuse that took a few hours to get maintenance to fix (it was a historic venue). That wasn't the end of the world even though the venue was attributing that to the photo booth, i realized that circuits blow. The main issue I had with their service is they allow you to pick out your background for the booth and what you want printed on the bottom of your pictures. We never had time to visit the booth during the wedding ourselves. We paid extra to get a copy of all of the pictures the guests took on a flash drive. Issue 1: Imagine my surprise when we returned from our honeymoon to see that they had used tacky black and orange patterned jungle print as the background for the photos (we were at the zoo so it really was over the top) instead of the silver/white we selected. The representative told me afterwards that the one we selected was on the back of the tacky print and they just used the wrong side. Issue 2: The first few guests that took photos in the booth printed out with "NHMS 8th grade dance 5.29.15" on the bottom. I understand all people make mistakes, but it is our wedding and it is pretty unprofessional to have our guests' favors printing out saying they are at an 8th grade dance. Issue 3: Customer service. The worst part of the service was the customer service. After discovering the picture mishaps I reached out to the owner who told me he would investigate and get back to me. I requested a partial refund for their errors. He then dodged my emails for over a month, finally replying on July 18 that their servers crashed and that is why he didn't follow up with me. They did not offer any refund for the services that they screwed up as a gesture of good faith. I wouldn't recommend them because they seem to be sloppy in making sure they are setting up the details you selected for your wedding. I am not a very picky bride, I just wanted them to acknowledge that of the 3 things we were allowed to "customize" they messed up two of them (We paid extra for the outer covering of the photo booth to not be black and they did that right).

And unlike most brides, I got to enjoy my dinner which was fabulous, because I knew Heidi was making sure everything was going smoothly. And to top it off-- she even brought some leftover soy candles (she hates waste) for free and had them lit on the tables and around the room so it all looked stunning as the sun set. She helped with every detail and was so caring during the event, most people thought she was a relative. There were a couple of potential snafus that could have happened (not her fault at all, it was something to do with the building) and she said, "don't worry, I got this." And she did. My wife and I searched high and low for a vendor to complement our photographer and capture our May 2007 wedding. We found expensive ones with a lot of unnecessary bells and whistles and then we found John Rose. Our first meeting was in a MD chain restaurant. He reminded me of a car salesman who was learning the ropes. He was nervous and he was just starting his own business. However he brought a mini dvd player and showed us a sample dvd of his past weddings. He offered more affordable packages and a greater sense of photojournalism. My wife and I shopped around and thought that the other vendors did not fit our budget or style. We took a gamble on our man. I enjoyed working with him before, during and after the ceremony and reception. I don't remember saying more than 4 words to him and his team the entire night; he and the equipment were incognito. He also worked well with our photographer (sometimes vendors can "fight" for better shots). Our final product, received within 2.5 months, is a work of art, from the DVD case design to the chapter menus and footage. It's like watching a movie (not just Uncle Bob's raw footage). Although he is located in MD and serves primarily MD, DC and VA, he is willing to travel for a nominal fee. I would be willing to answer questions (PM me) and vouch for him.
