I had him come out to clean and inspect my chimney. The cleaning went well, he seemed to do a good…read morejob and didn't make a mess. After inspection we found that the chimney is in bad shape and needs to be partially taken down and rebuilt. I told him that I was interested in getting an estimate on just taking it down for safety's sake and one for rebuilding it to be functional. A whole month later after numerous phone calls and voicemails I can't get him to respond, so it seems as though he never had any intention of doing the job even though he said he would get me estimates. I wouldn't care if he just told me he wasn't interested in the job, but to just ignore all attempts of contact is a bad way to run a business.

Sam and his crew at first seemed to do a wonderful job installing a metal roof , except that the…read moresiding was damaged and now properly reinstalled and now has left the home vulnerable and exposed and to make matters even worse that when approached about the issue from a sub contractor he refused to take responsibility of the issue, but told the sub contractor he wouldn't pay it when it was on the bid. Sounds pretty shady and greedy to me. A very obvious problem that is directly tied to his service but because he could get away with it he not only scammed the homeowner but also the sub contractor.

After him babbling on for another 10 minutes, all he asked me was if the roof was safe to walk on....simple question could have been answered by text. Obviously the roof was safe to walk on, he just hadn't even looked at the chimneys yet to do a quote. Acted totally unprofessional and hung up on me when I asked him NICELY why he couldn't just have texted me that question. I wpuld never do business with someone that treated me like I work for them.
