Worst property management ever. The owner Dave Glithero is arrogant and lazy. Had snow piled 2…read moremetres high in my parking spot for months last year. He kept promising to fix it--nothing happened. A tree started growing into the foundation. Dave promised it would be removed--that was a year ago. Nothing. Waterloo bylaw states all steps should have railings. Told Dave, still nothing. Fence is broken from snow piled against it, garbage strewn against fence of common elements--nothing done. Concrete around steps falling apart. Loose railings. Overgrown weeds. They charge almost $600 a month and do less than the minimum. The worst part is the condo board is gutless and won't take him to task for his incompetence. The guy is a disgrace!
