He gave me a quote of $100 for one service, but two pages. He never got back with me . When I found him again it was weeks since I sent him copies of hte documents. He told me he tried to serve it and she was out of the country but didn't like families that involved one another in court. He said if I wanted him to try again that he would now do it for $200 for the service but needed payment in advnce. I told him to return my documents and he has refused to do so. I would not entrust this man with anything related to any responsibility as he has poor judgment and no repsect for the customer. He had no intention of doing anything, and was surprised I found him. He had sent me nothing to confirm the receipt of the documents and nothing about when he attempted to provide service. Possibly only a phone call, who knows he is a poor communicator and neglected to report to me his reluctance to serve my papers because of his assumptions and had no right to any explantion. He will make you out of compliance by not filing documents that you write the court were served after hiring him. He is not an honest nor reliable process server. They do nto need to be licensed and have little oversight unless they do a minimum service and how would you know that he is accountable to anyone. Best to go with a large company, and his ad that he has done thousands of service is pretty absurd.
