Don't go. Nothing is good. Just another place trying to be something they are not. Friendly staff and nice ambiance though. But that is not enough. read more

Not only did they have amazing ribs but eating them in Amsterdam in the middle of a village (across the street was a house that had goats in the front yard which was an added surprising bonus). Staff was super friendly, they don't get many tourists there so the menu was in Dutch. They sat with us and went through the menu and kept checking in to make sure we were ok. Overall it was one of the highlights of our trip.

We walked in and were transported to a Buddha bar, modern ambiance with gorgeous furnishings and comfy velvet booths made even more comfy and opulent by lumbar bolster pillows. A welcomed warm(er) temperature allowed us to remove outside jackets, scarves and hats. The gracious manager pulled over a coat rack sso we could hang everything without risk of spilling or falling on the (spotless) floor. Lots of room between diners so plenty of privacy in an open concept grand dining area. This would fit in Vail or any other high end resort and be packed all the time. The food was fantastic! We had seven diners who ate a variety of selections. All were delicious! Tom Gai soup, fish and chips, classic Dutch sandwich, smoked salmon, veal croquet and a tomato soup that was nothing short of fantastic! Even my husband who doesn't like tomatoes ate all his soup. Restrooms are clean, spacious and private. The beer options were excellent. Plenty of ice when asked for my soda which doesn't often happen for this American. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and ambiance. Highly recommend!

I got the brie sandwich and it was absolutely *amazing.* It was open faced, so a bit awkward to actually eat, but high quality bread, delicious smooth cheese, and light, crisp veggies that were perfect for a summer afternoon. Finished off with a nice, quality coffee. The only reason it doesn't get the full five stars is that service was a bit slow, and since we had an afternoon event planned, we ended up rather anxiously checking the time and waiting for the service. So if you're here for a leisurely lunch and on no kind of a time crunch, definitely five stars. Otherwise, give yourself an hour and change for lunch.
