Most of the options were prixe fixe, and although there were many to choose from, there was not a lot of room for personalization. 3- an addition to 2- customers can NOT order sashimi a la carte. I trust NO sushi restaurant the first time around, and was not about to leave my chirashi or sashimi choices to chance. This place is definitely a good one, albeit a bit on the expensive side for what normally costs FAR less in actual Japan. If you just want really great fish and not too many frills, definitely go here. But if you want crazy rolls and Tekkadon, best check the other options.
