We hired De-And Enterprises to file our state and federal taxes. Crystal was the tax preparer. Taxes were filed with the incorrect address and bank information. They did not notify us, and when we found out, they did nothing to correct it. Not only are we out the fees, we also are not able to get our refund. Verry rude and unprofessional when calling to make an appointment. Was told that I should be prepared before calling when I asked the girl if she could hold one sec while I check my calendar to make sure I was going to be available. I told her I didn't want schedule an appointment that I wasn't able to make. She said I can hold until the other line rings. All I wanted to do is glance at the calendar on my phone which would only took a few seconds. Was told to do what I have to do when mentioning a negative review. Not worth it! There are business out there that would love to earn your business. Obviously these guys are too busy! read more
