The salad bar, floor, walls, tables were all clean and kept clean the entire time ... it's easy to forget how important it is to provide customers with a clean environment. Especially when the business's main focus is health. There's a lot of options on the menu, and if even then you can't find something you like, you can create your own salad. I'm always one to create my own when going to a new place, just so I get to taste different ingredients. I composed a salad with carrots, spinach, greens, tomato, pasta, grapes, red onions and green onions covered in a spicy dressing (oil). The ingredients were all fresh and tasted as they're supposed to. I was disappointed in the dressing as it wasn't as spicy as I had wished. The salad was well presented as all the ingredients were put on top or next to each other (refer to the attached picture). But what makes 'LOW C' so special? When visiting 'Simply Salad' in the United States, they offer to cut or toss the salad, that's right. They mix it all together and yet make it look wonderful... it's amazing. Maybe 'LOW C' could add the option of cutting the salad and toss it after... makes it easy for the customer to eat and add a little extra to the meal prep. Trust me, it works. The business 'Sweet Greens' in Hollywood, California, provides you with warm rice, meat, and other add-ons which give your salad a lovely variety in temperatures. As the health industry in Belgium is rising, it's only a matter of time before big branches come overseas and swipe away the lovely businesses individuals have created here. Be ahead of them. Right now, the dish I had at 'LOW C' is one I could create myself at home with the basic ingredients they had here. Therefore my suggestions are: -Add different and special salad dressings that make you stand out. -Find a creative and new way to create the salad bowls (cutting, warm ingredients) -Add cool and delicious ingredients: sweet potatoes, raisins, ... -Add some healthy juices to the menu, I mostly noticed sweet drinks (apple, pineapple, banana, etc)... Try adding some cleanse juices: kale, carrots, beets, ... . -Every hour someone should check the toilets... they were clean but the business had run out of paper towel so I had to use toilet paper for my hands. I loved my visit here and when in the area I will return. I hope they excel.

The indoor dining space is small + cozy with an elegant yet comfortable vibe thanks to the friendly greeting and fun artwork. The menu is small yet well-curated with something for every palate - seafood, meat, chicken, etc. After ordering mocktails, Vincent surprised us with a taste of vegetable soup (shockingly savory!) followed by our escargot starter. My partner + I love escargot and Vincent's was no exception. We were off to a great start! For entrees we ordered the Dover sole and duck. The sole included a simple, delicious butter lettuce salad with seasoned roasted potatoes, and the duck included potato croquettes and a warm cabbage + pancetta salad (which I was particularly happy to gobble down for lunch the next day!). All items were perfectly prepared, well seasoned, and truly delicious! Afterward my partner + I shared a pear dessert which was essentially a baked (or maybe steamed?) whole pear dipped in chocolate and topped with vanilla ice cream and whipped topping. So simple yet savory and 100% satisfying. Then Vincent surprised us again with a final sampling of his yummy panna cotta! In hindsight, we are so fortunate our visit occurred on a slow winter weeknight, a time in which Vincent + Ilse are able to be fully involved greeting and servicing customers themselves - although I have a feeling they try their best to provide the same personal touch even in the height of summer. First of all, you can opt for the buffet on Sunday and pick whatever you like from the buffet. But it's also possible to order a la carte at the cash register. There's a fridge on the right hand side of the ground floor of this establishment where you can grab your juices, pre packaged drinks or desserts. I forgot the name of the dish I ordered a la carte, but it had pancakes with cream cheese on it, cured salmon, bacon and a savory muffin and it was delicious. I also loved my cherry smoothie. I really liked how Be Yourself! is decorated, especially the stairs with the red walls with paintings and portraits. There is some extra seating area on the first floor. And the lavatory room here is called "Pipi room". The staff at Be Yourself is very young, they could be students or maybe scholars. The staff is very friendly and they tried to accomodate us by speaking to us in English. Because even though we tried our best, our French was really poor, especially the morning after hanging out at the wine bar all night.
