They said minimum charge for a visit is 1 hour (80 euros) and if it's emergency 120 euros. they scheduled for a visit in a couple of days and rescheduled again for the day after due to some personal problems their roof expert had. I had uploaded all the photos from insides and outside. The expert showed up an hour late and we went to my back yard. He didn't have a ladder and I had to give him mine. He just stood in my back yard looking at the roof from the exact angle I had already sent a photo. He said, yes because of the blizzard all the houses have this problem. I have to come back when it's warm! I told him he should at least take a look and this is something he could've told me from the photos. He took my ladder, went up, and reconfirmed what he had just told me and then left. And there, 80 euros for tell me what I already know and what was already obvious from the photo. I don't mind paying for consultation but 80 euros is not the fair fee for that and I should not be made to wait for three day for it. This practice is dishonest and I don't think I'll ring them or that expert again for anything. The two stars are for the good customer support response.

Very disappointing and concerning experience…read more The contractor sent by Mr Fix had no apparent experience. He was invited for simple tasks such as hanging a lamp, yet he spent four hours attempting the same task without success. In the end, he damaged a brand new lamp and failed to complete the work. When we asked him to leave he became aggressive. The contractor also behaved in a rude and aggressive manner in the group WhatsApp chat that included Mr Fix, yet no action was taken. Mr Fix took zero accountability for this situation. Despite clearly explaining that I was uncomfortable communicating with the contractor after this incident, they repeatedly forced me to deal with him directly. When I attempted to resolve the issue directly with Mr Fix, they refused to handle it and continued pushing me back to the contractor. To make matters worse, their CEO ultimately told me via WhatsApp to "leave him alone." This completely defeats the purpose of using a platform like Mr Fix. There is no customer protection, no accountability, and no support when something goes wrong.
