We were nearby and noticed entry to this was included in our tourist transportation pass so we decided to check it out (anything concerning animals is worth a peek to me).
We knew literally nothing about it, but scanned our passes and walked in. There are essentially three areas: a gift shop/display of historical horse-related artifacts and info, the stables (which were huge but only had 3 horses), and a large room of carriages through time.
We wandered the whole thing which didn't take very long, spending most of the time admiring the horses themselves and watching them during a shoeing.
I've no idea how much entry is since it was a last second decision on our part and we used our passes, so I'm unsure if it would be worth the price of admission. However, since essentially free to us we really enjoyed our short visit with the beautiful horses. read more
