This company goes above and beyond!! I had forgotten to put my trash out(not just once but twice) and I called them and they came back same day. I can't imagine how a business can operate without taking/returning phone calls from current or potential new customers. I've been trying for two weeks to get a hold of this "business" only to receive voice mail and never a return call. I even had someone else call with a different phone number and still no answers. I guess when you have enough current customers and your making $$ you could care less about calling people back. Maybe I'll try leaving notes for the guys actually doing the work. read more

My garbage hauler (De Kruif) is refusing to service me for some unknown reason (maybe because of all my Trump signs). It's the only reason I can come up with for them not picking up the last 2 rounds of recycling and also leaving 1/2 of my regular trash by the curb this week. They don't answer their phone and they don't return any of the messages so we can figure out what's going on. Have called them a dozen times over the last week and they don't call back. We tried the city office and emailing a councilman but so far they are no help either. Extremely unprofessional behavior. read more
