Each course and even the first few tastes were obviously expert prepared and very interesting and delicious. Bits of molecular gastronomy mixed in with high end cuisine. It certainly isn't what we started looking for, but an absolute treat. The chef's menu can be presented by how many courses you want or you can order from the menu as well.
