Two weeks ago, I had a chip key made here for my motor scooter (cost: €81.50). Yesterday, on my way home from work, the chip part of the key fell out unnoticed - along with my keychain and the key to my lock. Unfortunately, I only realized this once I arrived at my house. After grabbing my spare key, I went back to the shop hoping for a solution. But they offered absolutely nothing. No understanding, no help, no service. According to them: "Once it's out the door, it's your problem." I was also told that "this can't happen" and that they've "never seen this in 15 years." Apparently, it's impossible that the key they gave me was defective. Because in this store, defects simply don't exist. What says the most about this business is how they respond to other 1-star reviews: arrogant, defensive, and unprofessional. Instead of solving problems, they blame the customer or come up with weak excuses. I fully expect the same kind of response. Apparently, products here can be poor quality, as long as you pay and then keep your mouth shut. My advice: stay far away from this shop. I had the worst luck with all the keys I owned, and this palce was my saviour! I got a copy of my house key made faster than I could find my wallet, and the broken key from my bike lock was removed and changed to a new one within a day! Fast service for reasonable prices! read more
