We got to sit in the office with my mother, the 'man' had me sign my name (in god awful 5 year old printing) and I was given my very first "My First Bankbook" - complete with a little puppy on the cover. OK, so I've got a soft spot for this branch as they seemed to be a big part of many milestones in my life including my student loan applications, first pay cheques deposited, mortgage information sessions, etc, etc. It's egregiously busy on evenings and weekends so don't even try to see a teller here - it's a mall bank after all, but with an appointment you can get what you need done ASAP. It's no longer my home branch due to how far away it is from my home now. But I always love the feeling of passing it by when I'm in the mall for a visit

He was wasting my time, not provided professional service, didn't explain document clear to me and not responsible, he doesn't care our business!! There weren't that many steps, but the steps that I did have, they walked me through. My rate was better than all of my friends at the time, so I was very happy. However, the reason I'm writing the review is because of the service my brother got. Basically, when it was his time to buy a house, Northwood worked magic and got around the 9 month probationary period that the TTC imposes. It would have been a huge bummer if we couldn't get my brother a mortgage based on that technicality, but they got it done. I highly recommend Allan.
