The tables lookes as though they were fresh out a scrap yard. The drinks were flat and when asked to have them changed the lady came out with a foreign bottle of diet coke like in the supermarkets that again was flat. The food was overcooked and somehow cold. The place was being extended and building works were going on. The place was filthy and as one of our party needed the loo, we had to pass through near the kitchens to go upstairs and it was even dirtier through there. The food was awful. My husband had the chef's special which was a chicken breast on toasted bread, the only problem being that the toasted bread was stale and vile. The soft drinks were flat too. Had to give it something to upload the review, but I would NEVER go back there. Nothing on earth could tempt us!

It is nicely decorated inside and the toilets were clean. We went to the counter to order our food. It was delivered to our table quickly. Unfortunately our fries were hard and seemed to be under cooked. We also ordered the mac and cheese which was runny and not very nice. The burger was fine but not memorable at all. As this place is new it may still be finding its feet. I would try it again but wouldn't return if it hadn't improved.

The boy racers at nights can be a nuisance but it's easy to ignore them.

Very few of these social hubs still survive in tact. They normally have 3 real ales on hand pump and provide some surprises every week. No food or loud music, just beer and good company.
