I don't know where to start at how amazing this flooring place is from the customer service to the details they take to make sure you are satisfied, the floors are beautiful and the articulate precision they use to install the floor. I had my entire house (excluding the bedrooms) done by Dean's Flooring and I LOVE them!! It started by choosing the flooring to measuring and installing it was five stars all the way. They made choosing the color and style easy and fun. A special shout out to Jason and Bruce who were not only professional but personable and always kept us in the loop. Great precision, great personal service and always upbeat and friendly. Answered all questions thoroughly and in laymans terms. Would highly recommend Deans Flooring in Hortonville. We just had our whole house redone and it wasn't as expensive as other competitors we got quotes from. Honest guy and has some great contractors he works with. Sam installed our vinyl luxury Flooring and did an amazing job! Personable and Christian man. The treads I purchased were very beautiful and arrived fast. I bought them were to make my dog's life climbing the stairs easier. I had to return them as unfortunately my dog died before I could use them. Although they were not custom made, the company charged me 15% restoking fee. I think it's unfair practice, so before buying anything from this company think twice. read more
