NO phone call, NO email, NO attempt whatsoever until we get a CANCELLATION notice in the mail. This is now the third time this has happened. We have asked Crystal, Joni, and Shane to call us if there is ever an issue and they have ignored our requests. We will be switching agents and maybe even away from State Farm because of them.
