Used this business for live scan and DOJ for volunteer purposes. The school provided a Request for Live Scan Services form which included an agency billing number. The service was done and the owner asked for $33. I told her that the school covers the cost and pointed to the billing number. She rudely said, "You owe your part." I was taken back by her comment and told her that I was not informed by her staff nor were prices posted in her office. She continued to argue her point and told me that I should have asked the price. Bottom line, I suggested she post prices and we could agree to disagree. read more

Do not go here! Horrible experience with Lifescan. Not only was the person doing it rude, they were also expensive! I spoke to the owner shortly after and she defended her employee. What a toxic environment! If you want to be treated with respect and dignity go somewhere else. I'm never going back again and telling all my friends and family as well. read more

Made an appointment to take our fingerprints. The lady that helped us had good customer service skills. When it came to the gentleman that took our fingerprints, talk about customer NO service. He has no people skills. When it came to paying for the services, He did not hand it to us. He threw our credit card to us and did not apologize at all. I am having a nightmare with this service. I called from out of state to have them simply serve an eviction complaint. I was referred to their server, given a quote and told to call her direct. EIGHT DAYS LATER I was told that the woman did indeed serve the defendants and now? I have spent several more days, unable to go forward with the next court order because they will not provide proof of service. After a total of a dozen messages, all this time, when I finally did get someone in management, I was scolded for NOT having let them handle the whole service. The blamed me for having them simply serve someone. AT THIS TIME, i am going to report them to the better business bureau, and have to drive from Oregon to sit in their office to find out, why; they wont give me the paperwork. So they couldnt handle a simple service and I was supposed to let them handle the whole eviction process???????? I think NOT. YUCK AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was promised the owner would call me four different times and she still has not returned my calls. A horrible way to hang someone out to dry that is already dealing with tennents who are flaky. . read more

My law office engaged their services to do a court filing and have something recorded at the county recorders office. We had to send multiple emails and make several phone calls to even get a response back. Ultimately it took them weeks to get it done and when I tried to talk to the owner, all she did was berate me for everything that was missing instead of simply calling us to let us know. Was served with court papers today. No big deal, however, the process serving company, Debbie's Legal Typing Service was no where listed as the server, nor any server on my paperwork. The server encountered my 14 year old son upon pounding on our door hard for five minutes, (we have a functioning door bell). My car was present but not working so I can only assune she thought I was home but not answering. My son does not open the door unless he knows the person, and this really never happens that we have strangers knocking on the door, but her hard continuous knocking scared him so he opened the door. The server was rude loud and obnoxious, almost to the point that we are guilty of something. She asked my son many questions about me, which worried my son. When my son politely asked who she was she turned and walked away. Again he asked loudly who she was, the server answered and in a loud voice the server yelled "if you are not Mark then this does not concern you". This was so loud that I at the time was walking a football field distance away and heard her as if she was right next to me, as if to broadcast if throughout the apartment complex. I called the lawyer listed on the paperwork had to leave message, finally got in contact with office manager at apartment complex. Upon calling Debbie's Legal Typing service I spoke to the manager, who had an excuse to each issue I presented with him, I felt not heard and he proceeded to try to intimidate me by saying that California law states I am not allowed to leave a minor of 14 years old unattended or unsupervised EVER, and that he may not contact the police. The state laws do not say I can not leave my minor of 14 years alone. He was alone for an hour. Later in the conversation he stated that he only sub-contracts with individuals to process serve. He was unable to provide the name of the sub-contractor except for "Jeana" and no company or individual number so difficult to determine their license number. She encountered me across the parking lot asked if I was "Mark", my response was who are you, she threw the papers on the ground and said "consider yourself served". I'm disabled and it is really difficult for me to pick up things, so much so that I have a reacher at home and I'm constantly asking the boys to pick things up for me. I know they have a tough job but I wonder why they are so rude? My son is traumatised. It's irronic that when covienient Debbie's Legal Typing Service is "the process server and when not convienient they aren't and can not provide informattion on the server. Oh and by the way I'm paid in full on my rent!!!!! read more
