BEST pancakes ever in my opinion!!! I have heard of some people who like super thick fluffy pancake not be satisfied with the ones at Debbie's as they are thin and crisp on the edges more like crepes, but that is exactly what I love about them so much; you can go anywhere and get the standard buttermilk pancakes - Debbie's is the only place you get these & I only get breakfast here when I go as I love it and it's what I go for, so cannot speak to any other menu items. Another plus for this place is the owner/staff are simply incredible people - extremely happy to hear they are back and have support to keep the doors open. Visiting this place is one thing I miss very much after moving away following the fire. Have not found food nor service as good as Debbie's any other place. Hope they stay strong and keep going many years to come & that they keep everything the same as before since visiting when I return to see dear friends in the area is a definite must on my to do list! Also in response to one post I noticed that was so/so regarding a wait and not being seated ... there is a sign (or at least always was in the past) instructing patrons to seat themselves ... anyhow, once seated service tends to be promptly incorporated to the rotation for the newly seated faces ... this is also the place where as a regular you're recognized and often your usual orders remembered too .... least in our experience over the many years our family enjoyed eating here read more

Best Hot Cakes ever, good thing I don't live in the area, because I'd be here everyday for hot cakes, they're like crapes, the only other place I eat hot cakes is at Keedy's Fountain & Grill in Palm Desert,CA. they are the same as here. I'm moving to Paradise next month and took a day to just go explore. The first place my friend and I went was Debbie's because of the ratings. Since it was a 2-1/2 drive, I was really hoping it was good! Right when we walked in we were greeted with a smile and immediately seated. We received our drinks quick, they took our order quick and our food came shortly after. What more can you ask for in service? Quick and smiles - well done! My bacon and cheese omelette was very good and my friend said her order of french toast and eggs was great. My coffee was never left cold, they kept refilling before I even noticed it was almost out. Overall, good casual place to go for breakfast or brunch. They do have sandwiches for lunch as well! read more

One of my favorite places to go get breakfast! Small and charming with phenomenal food. I especially love that they make all of their pancakes really thin, which happens to be my own personal favorite but I have never seen a restaurant that makes them this way, very exciting for me! To top it off everyone is very welcoming and kind and the atmosphere is just cozy. Only downside is that its a small and popular restaurant so parking and seating is limited.. read more

This is truly the best place in town for breakfast. The blueberry pancakes are incredible and the country breakfast with biscuits and gravy will more than satisfy. The wait staff seems to always be friendly and the prices are fair. This is not a place for a quick bite to eat. It gets very busy at Debbie's and sometimes you have to wait awhile for your food, especially on the weekends. So grab a cup of Joe and chat with your friends the food is definitely worth the wait. Disappointment Was seated quickly, waitress was nice enough but the food was not very good at all. Several order request were messed up/forgotten. The portion was small especially for the price. Horrible service. They didn't want us to sit at a booth because they were saving those for the church people that would be coming in soon. Seriously?? The food was cold. It sat on the counter for at least 7 minutes while our waitress was hanging out with her boyfriend/friends and taking others orders while our food continued to sit there. We Waited ten minutes for them to bring by us our bill and it never came so we had to go to the cash register to get a bill and pay. We brought some friends last weekend and called ahead of time to let them know we had a big party and they recommended we not come cause we had 10 people in our party? Really? Great customer service. We did show up and they said it would be over an hour before they could seat us and we wouldn't be sitting together. When I am away from Paradise I dream about their pancakes. They remind me of the one's my German mother use to make. They do great eggs and 'home fries'. The service can be dodgy and they should improve the signage out front but I highly recommended this place and their pigs-in-a-blanket. read more

Been going places with my huge family and Debbies seemed a little small for big groups. They did really well accomidating us once two tables cleared. The two and 3 seater places will be great when it's just my husband, son, and I. The food was Delicious!!! Everyone got an array of different food and it all came out wonderful and we left stuffed. The Blue Farmhouse is always my favorite, but if you're hungry get the chicken fried steak. I went on a Tuesday morning to meet old co-workers and talk story.
