Our taxes were filed late, no extension filed on our behalf. We then received a FEDERAL TAX LIEN NOTICE. We used our one-time abatement due to this her lack of due diligence and when confronted to discuss the issue, she blamed US for a gap in communication (WELL before the tax deadline mind you). Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, we were blamed. The complete lack of professionalism is truly disgusting. If you value professionalism and financial peace of mind, go elsewhere. There are cubicles so you can't really tell and there was no receptionist at the desk. After about 15-20 seconds as I was gonna leave I hear this laughter coming from a cubicle. This woman about 25? walks out towards me laughing still, she looks like a complete 'Hood Rat' that just crawled out of bed! She has this white robe tied around her, slippers, a long pinkish black wig and just total 'street hood type'. I thought she was a customer just getting her taxes done! Then she walks behind the reception desk still giggling from whatever playing was going on with whomever in the rear cubicle and asks can she help me? I said yes along with personal taxes do you guys do LLC's? She looks at me with a blank face. I knew she didn't have a clue what an LLC was. She goes what? I said do you do business taxes along with personal? She goes oh yeah yeah. Well that was enough for me! I said I'll get back to you. THERE WAS NO WAY IN THE HELL I WOULD TRUST THAT CREW WITH NOT ONLY GETTING MY TAXES DONE BUT WITH MY PERSONAL INFO!!! I guess I'll go back to the place I used last year or look for another. Dropped it off at 10:30am and called around 5:00pm since I had not heard from anyone. Had to leave a message. Got a call back around 7:15pm and was told that the person (Terry Ward) was gone for the day and they didn't know if he completed it. She said if I didn't get a notice then he probably did not complete it. She set an appointment with him for the next day to see me. Completely unprofessional. I asked if it was common to not call if they could not get to drop offs that same day and she assured me they are supposed to call. He just decided to leave and will be at another location. They should definitely flag this location and specially this partner for failed services.
