Call-backs don't happen, emails don't get handled, & they ghost you for months until you pitch a fit. The only thing that's prompt is the bill. Honestly, my opinion is that they're riding their past reputation, built up by lawyers that aren't there anymore. I went elsewhere, too.

A week later I hadn't heard anything, so I phoned for a followup and was told I'd be contacted in a day or two. A week later, still no call, no followup. Very unprofessional. If it's this difficult to even get a call returned, she must be a nightmare to deal with as a client. AVOID.
