I have finally found my dentist after a 7-year search!! Matt Limbaugh is fantastic! I had both a…read morecleaning appt. and a dental implant which went quickly and smoothly. The implant was a perfect fit and I experienced zero issues. Dr. Limbaugh and his assistants actually listen and take the time to talk to me even though they are so busy. During the implant procedure if I experienced any pain they would address it immediately. They cared about my experience and comfort level. They did everything they could to make sure I felt as comfortable as I could be given the situation, lol! A doctor and his medical staff actually listening to a patient... a reasonable expectation to me, but this is not what I have experienced in the past with other dentists which were highly recommend it to me but we're absolutely horrible... so much so that now I immediately experience severe anxiety when visiting a dentist. Dr. Limbaugh understood and did all he could to make this experience a great one. I have finally found a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable with in fact I'm transferring my son's dental care from pediatric dentistry to Dr. Limbaugh. I would recommend 100% without any hesitation!

I walked into the office for an appointment within their given timeline for when I could arrive, after I had taken off from work to be there, and they refused to see me. Lie lie lie and more lies…read more First walked in and asked them if they accepted my insurance. Showed them the card and everything. As they have a very misleading 'sign' on there desk about BCBS. I even held the sign up to them with my insurance card and they clearly stated it did not apply to me. So I booked a cleaning Then went in and they started the inspection and then informed me that my dental insurance doesn't cover a cleaning. And the bill will be over 700.00. Clowns. So I asked them to explain to me in detail why I spilled have to pay 700.00z they could not Stay away. They obviously don't accept veterans with federal employee health insurance They are a joke. I wish Pugh was still there,y entire family of five no li get used this new dentist that took over for Dr. Pugh

Is the repair going to look okay? Will the fixed tooth have rough patches and seams that irritate my tongue? Let not your heart be troubled: Call Dr Pugh's office! The courteous & professional staff answered my call immediately and offered to book a repair in tandem with a cleaning appointment that was (Providentially) already on schedule three days following the chipping incident. After a proper cleaning, Dr Pugh quickly and calmly restored my top front tooth with such precision and artistry that one cannot see any of the previous damage. The rather prominent patchwork is perfectly matched to the color of the original tooth and flawlessly sculpted with a masterful hand. The office reputation for "artistic dentistry", is absolutely well earned. Michael Pugh DMD far exceeded my expectations. I'm confident that this dental practice will earn your highest recommendations too.

They put in my notes that the first crown replacement was due to not flossing and the crown that failed after they installed the new crown failed due to flossing. They always tell me how great my dental care is at my cleanings and now my flossing causes crowns to come off??? The prior crown on that tooth lasted 22 years. I also have other crowns that have lasted way more than a year and a half. All of my teeth get flossed the exact same amount. I tried to resolve it, but they refused to move off full price and my insurance won't cover it because Redstone Dental already replaced that exact crown less than 5 years ago. That tells me it's obviously not common for crown failure that quickly. I will get it replaced, but I will not do it with them, and I will not go there ever again and neither will my child. I really hate they refuse to take any responsibility because they are very nice but can offer no good reason why it failed besides lack of flossing one tooth that I apparently neglected while I took care of all the others

Do not use this Dentist!!!!!!!…read more As you can see from the other reviews, there seems to be a pattern with this dental office. I received a bill from a collection agency stating that I owed around $1,400 for a service that had already been paid using my CareCredit card. When I contacted the dental office, I was told not to worry and that the issue would be taken care of because it was a mistake. They disputed the bill, but I later received notice that the dispute was denied. I continued calling the office for weeks and was repeatedly told the same thing "Don't worry, we are taking care of it." Then, I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning, and I received a call from the office stating they could not see me because of my "outstanding balance." I explained the situation again, but the person I spoke with was very uncaring and told me she had no way of knowing whether it was a mistake only that it showed I owed a balance. That was unbelievable to me, especially after weeks of being told by their own office that it was being handled. I have now gone a month without hearing anything further from the dentist or the office. This has been one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I have ever had with a dental office. I would not recommend this establishment based on the poor communication, lack of accountability, and the way this situation was handled.

What made the situation so frustrating was not just the billing error itself, but the complete lack of accountability and communication throughout the process. I initially called because I was leaving the country the next day and understandably did not want a $2,000 balance hanging over my head. I was told someone would call me back the same day. No one did. My calls also went unanswered afterward. The following day, I called again and was told the issue would take 3-5 business days to resolve. When I explained that this was not acceptable given the circumstances and asked to speak with someone who could actually assist, I was told no one was available. I ended up going to the office in person, where I was suddenly told everything had been "figured out" and that I did not owe anything after all. However, 10 days later, on the actual date of my service, the balance was still showing on my account. When I asked for written confirmation of the $0 balance before proceeding with treatment, I was told they could not provide it because the finance person had "forgotten" to update the account and was allegedly unavailable in a meeting. I was repeatedly told I would need to push my appointment back another two weeks because additional work supposedly needed to be done on the account. While sitting in the office, I overheard someone in the back sarcastically say, "If she wants to wait, she can wait." Ironically, the finance person came out just minutes later and clearly explained that I did not owe anything and that the balance was simply displaying due to the way dental insurance payments process quarterly. So after weeks of stress, conflicting information, excuses, delays, and dismissive treatment, the issue turned out to have a straightforward explanation that no one had properly communicated from the beginning. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism, transparency, follow-through, and accountability throughout this experience was incredibly disappointing. Then, today, they waited until Friday afternoon to cancel a Monday appointment for a treatment that depends on staying on a tight schedule was extremely upsetting. There was no explanation, apology, or effort to provide a timely solution. When I explained my concern about my dental schedule being thrown off, the staff member responded by listing other hypothetical ways I could end up off track anyway, which felt dismissive and unprofessional rather than solution-focused. When I advised that the hypotheticals presented would not apply to me because I am aware of the consequences of going off track, she did not respond. I also mentioned that this short-notice cancellation has happened several times recently and asked if she believed this would be a recurring issue, to which she apathetically replied, "I can't tell the future."
