We have been back in our home now for a year and one month - their lock box is still hanging on our front door. I have asked them to remove it three times in this 13 month span of time. The lock box is still on our door - I decided to write a review on Yelp - hoping they will remove the lock box - I gave up on the five tweaks they didn't complete and hired and paid someone else to complete the work.
